Looks great, can't wait. On a side note, Trey is really letting himself go.

The crazy thing is it actually appears to be real, when reading the small print at the bottom of the video at the end. Would it be weird to say I would really like to try it?

It's real. IGN uploaded a video of them trying it out. You can buy it when the game comes out. I still think it's a big prank making us think it's real

You can buy it? Last thing I saw (out of Gamescom?) said there was only 8 or 10 in existence.

Currently, Ubisoft is only making the Nosulus Rift available for demonstrations at conventions. The device will go on sale when South Park: The Fractured But Whole is released on Dec. 6 for Xbox One, PC and PS4.

I could spend $20 on a novelty, especially if it's very limited. Doubt I would buy a Ubisoft Collector's Edition at launch prices, though.

Keeping with theme, they should split it into two releases a year apart.

I was afraid there would be a delay. Oh well, it's not like there's not plenty to play.

Who would have thought that this would be delayed? I'm surprised these guys were working hard enough on it to even think about getting it out this year. These guys probably work from bed.

After recently playing Stick of Truth for the first time, this bums me out. Sadness

They are known to get things done at the very last second. Yes, they work hard but deadlines are not their friends.

Almost 300 episodes of South Park each done in a 7-day window and they've only missed a deadline once. I daresay you are putting a bit too much on Matt & Trey for a delay when Ubisoft is involved.

Yeah, the later is what I was getting at. Didn't really make any sense to me in the scope of video game development or the sarcastic remake about them not working hard.

They also trimmed down what used to be 15-18 episodes seasons to what is seen as the barest of minimum of 10. I didn't imply that they don't work hard but for anyone to think that this was going to actually be released when it was originally planned to be released had to be fooling themselves. Wasn't the first game also delayed a couple of times?

Not to keep beating on this, but you didn't imply it, you outright said so

But yeah, the first game was delayed a lot but then again it was part of the THQ bankruptcy and Obsidian certainly isn't the most timely of developers. Although they're not the ones making this game, so different circumstances too that i'm not sure could be attributed to Matt/Trey or South Park Studios.

The Ubiblog that was linked said it was "developers" necessitating the delay.

Moving on...

Never seen this before:
------------------------
Your pre-order of South Park™: The Fractured but Whole™ has a new release date and will now be available on March 31st, 2017.

If you would like to keep your order, please visit the following site and submit your request to fulfill your order on the new release date.

Please note, if we don't hear from you by 11:59 PM PST on October 7th, 2016, your order will be cancelled and your money will be refunded.
----------------------

Pretty sweet deal considering I got Stick of Truth instantly as a pre-order special, and already played and beat it.
