Since I came over from the 360 I'm trying to soak in a lot of the PS titles. I played Infamous: Second Son and Killzone. I wish I had the time to try God of War 3 but no doubt the Uncharted 4 title is a must. I wouldn't mind trying Uncharted 3 one bit.

I wonder if that means they're going to continue Uncharted with a different lead.

From the PS Blog:
From the PS Blog:
The team at Bluepoint Games is incomparable regarding their portfolio of ports and remastered releases, and we’ve been working closely with them to bring over our engine to make Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection an exemplary game. That means not only delivering the single-player campaigns of Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, and Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception in 1080p and 60fps with better lighting, textures, and models, but also adding a range of improvements and additions across all three games including Photo Mode and new trophies.
By pre-ordering Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection today, you can receive the Nathan Drake Pack which includes single player skins of iconic Drake outfits as well as everyone’s favorite weapons: the Golden AK-47 and Golden 92FS guns. If you pre-order the digital download via the PlayStation Store, you will also get an Uncharted: Nathan Drake Collection PS4 dynamic theme as an immediate download.
Oh, and one other important note, buying the Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection grants you exclusive access to Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End multiplayer Beta version (while the Beta is available, of course.)

I like that literally no one can bitch about this release. A studio that handles ports and remasters is doing it while Naughty Dog makes their new Uncharted.

Day 1.
I've only played the first one (loved it) and have been holding out for this to play the other 2.

No MP is a surprise, though I never played that mode anyways.

Having only played 2 and 3 a couple years ago, the environment effects still wow'd me (snow and sand). Seeing it remastered should be awesome.

disappointed there is no MP but I will still likely purchase this as this is my favorite franchise with Among Thieves being my favorite game of all time

I'm indifferent on the MP, while it was decent, I always felt the shooting mechanics in this series were oddly unsatisfying.

I haven't played any of them, despite having the third one bundled with my PS3. I was planning on playing them after finishing up a couple of other games I was holding onto. Guess I'll just wait until I get a PS4 now.

No MP is fantastic. I can finally get 100% of the trophies. That 51% platinum on UC3 bugs the shit out of me, but the list of MP trophies is too intimidating. I did it for UC2, couldn't bring myself to do it again.

Good news : The pre-order is now up in the PSN Store
Bad News : They want $60 for this collection. Pass (for now).

yeah, I'll support this release and ND but I'm in no rush to get it at full retail
obviously it will be discounted with GCU but even then I don't need to own it on street date as I've played all the games already
will wait for BF discounting or other

This along with the new game is going to make me buy a PS4 eventually. One of my favorite series of modern games.

I'd get the trilogy for retail, having never played the games, but if, and only if, I'm through with my backlog of games I haven't finished (which is a high percentage). I promised myself no more new games after my purchase of Bloodborne. Plus with summer activities coming up, I won't be doing much gaming I'm afraid.

2 is phenomenal and worth buying the trilogy for for those who haven't played it. That said, I found 3 to be a letdown and 1 a chore to get through, so I probably won't be picking this up. 2's the only one I can see myself replaying and I can't justify paying for a full price game for a 6-year-old game, even if it was a lot of fun.
