I loved the first game. Really awesome, and would be happy to see a remaster of that. Invisible War was terrible. Human Revolution was fantastic, and this looks even better. Definitely getting it this week.

I liked Invisible War.
Anyhow I played for a bit after work. I had to wait for the thing to install because I forgot to preload. It's great so far. A lot of new things to learn.

I seriously need to think about how much, if any, more time I want to put into No Man's Sky. I don't know if I've ever burnt out on a game so quickly. So I think I may end up getting this today to occupy my videogame time for the next week or two.

Oops, I failed to look at the PC system requirements for this one before buying it. I'd assumed they had just reused the Human Revolution engine. Memory for my old system was too expensive, so I ended up ordering a motherboard, processor, memory, and a new video card. This game is expensive!

Played the first level (PS4). Pretty good - similar to the last one, just better looking and more refined.
There were just too many ways to go about things, making the gameplay a bit more confusing/laborious/convoluted than it should be. Maybe I'll settle in better when I play more.

Played all weekend...I am only on main mission 7 because I spent hours just wondering around and breaking into things. I love this game so far. My friend though had a game breaking glitch on the ps4 version that would not let him load any of his saves...it happened late in the game after maybe 20 hours of play..and he is pissed...

Not as bad as a glitch, but I ended up killing an NPC that was supposed to help me with a later side mission.
I just don't like how I'm not sure were to go and/or what to do next. I know that's the draw of the game, but so far I've wasted a lot of time looking for ways to go about things rather than actually playing the game.

I do know that almost every mission in the game can be beat in about 10 minutes or less per mission. I like how you can quickly get through a mission if you know what you are doing or can dilly dally around and do it however you like.

Same boat. I have never been as burnt out on a game as quickly. I played for an hour on Saturday and it was just more of the same. I picked up Battlefield Hardline for $20, and even though it got mediocre reviews it was pleasant just to play a different style game with some actual significant progression and a story. I was close to picking up Deus Ex as well, but could only find copies going for $70, and i refuse to pay that much for a game these days. Its on the radar to be gotten at some point though and seriously looking forward to it.

So, any advice for the security pad hack thing? WTF are you supposed to do?

I picked it up over the weekend. Its fine so far, but not blowing me away. Probably get better the more into the story you get.
As for the security hack thing it seems very similar to what was in the previous games, but more simplified. You have to simply created a route from the start point to the Green Orb final point. There is also a second destination Red Point and this is usually harder to reach, but provides more bonuses if you manage to reach it. It feels rather week and too simple for me, but i have only just begun playing. Maybe more to it as it progresses.

Yeah, I finally figured out the hack thing. Seems pretty stupid, IMO. I'm not exactly digging this game but I figure it has some potential and I'll give it another few hours to confirm if I like it or not.
