We needed Scott for that Crota run last night outcast. Holy shit, was that run a mess! You know it's bad when I had to start giving people advice. So much for going to bed at 1am.

Yeah, I should have warned you that the it was a pretty casual group that plays once or twice a week and have a 30% success rate against Crota.

I usually try to practice using relics in VoG or using sword in CE with that group.

No worries. I thought it was hilarious that it was raining raid gear now that I really don't need it. I actually would like to get a group with little to no experience running the sword to take turns on a normal run one night. Other than the rock, there isn't much jumping involved so I should be fine.

So we had an impromptu run through the vault of glass on normal tonight.

After waiting for months to get my first Glass Minuet, my second and third ones dropped. So now I have everything from that Raid for every character. Or at least have received 3 of everything there.

There better not be a new jumping puzzle in the next Raid or I'll be pissed!

I feel for you, but I'm also slightly amused that I have 3 of every raid weapon. Relative to how much each of us plays the game, it's crazy and completely unfair. RNGesus gonna RNGesus.

OK, so we pulled off the dirty dozen again this week. 6 Crota kills, 6 Atheon kills. I threw in 3 nightfalls with me007gold as well.

I got my 4th minuet. So 2 weeks after getting my first, I deleted my first. Fitting. Also deleted yet another Aspect Of Glass.

I got my 3rd Multi-Tool. It's sitting in the postmaster along with my 2nd. And of course it was yet another exotic the game gives me right after Xur sells it. Meanwhile, joe got his 2nd Gjallarhorn, another guy playing with us got his first, and Nac got my 4th Horseman. I got the shotgun and fusion again.

Atheon wasn't much better, but since the only thing I can get from that raid is a Gjallarhorn, it's bound to be a disappointment.

On the nightfalls, I was "rewarded" with 12 coins and Sunbreakers (with a better roll than the ones I already have and never use) in the first two runs. Gold got the FWC scout rifle and coins. In the third run, Gold said "I'm getting shards, I can already feel it." I said "They haven't given me a crappy purple gun yet. I'm overdue."

He got 11 shards. I got Payback S.O.S.

Another week down the drain. 6 Crotas, 6 Aethons. Only thing worth mentioning was a 5th or 6th Multi tool. I did get 3 out of 4 pieces for my hunter. Rolls arnt great, but they should work untill something better comes along. NF's gave me absolute garbage, 11 shards, 9 coins and a worthless purple primary. Still need to run the 1st two parts of hard on all 3, hopefully the chest will drop for my hunter then.

I'll pat myself on the back for logging on over the weekend to grab the first chest and MIDA Multi-Tool from Xur. I still don't have enough shards to level my boots up to get to lv 32, and I've had all the gear I've needed since week 3 of the DLC being released.

Fuck this game. Musick and I ran our 3 Nightfalls last night and on the last one the Ghorn drops!

The game's AI knows when you haven't played in a while and rewards you for coming back so that it can hook you in again. Not going to work on me though as I'm still waiting on HoW. This week's NF was just too easy to pass up.

If I could, I would have given that Gjally to either of you in a heartbeat. It's just collecting dust in the vault now.

Wow, the Daggers have sure gone quiet here.

Anyhoo, I finally got around to doing my weeklies, and about all I got out of it was seeing my Strange Coin count hit 296.

I'll have more to report in the morning, here's a preview:

Well, my normal Crota runs are out of the way.

And it may be my worst week yet. On every drop I got shards or energy. That's it. Oh wait, I did get 1 song of Ir Yut. But other than that, shards or energy on every other drop. No Exotics, no Armor, nothing.

Agreed - Daggers have gone quiet. I actually ran weeklies and nightfalls this past week. Mainly because I have no interest in running Rockets McDickface this week with no burn right before they nerf him. I might run weeklies and could go for a VoG hard run to go after the weapons I have yet to get from there. But I kinda wanna do stuff in other games.

I'm down for VoG hard if we can get an oracle checkpoint. I'd be down for some Crota as well if we skip all the BS and go straight for the end battles. I pretty much have no interest in anything else. There are two or three raid weapons I want and that's it.

That being said, if anyone needs Nightfalls then I'd be willing to help as a last resort. It's always fun playing with the Daggers, I'd just rather play something else with you guys now. :P

A bit of a rough day for us in the reset crew.

As I mentioned, I got sharded on every drop on Crota normal except for one drop of the Song Of Ir Yut. 3 full runs, shards and energy all around. Never have I had two full shard runs before, and never even one on Crota. But here I nearly got 3 straight.

Hard was a real struggle today as well. My Warlock just couldn't do shit with the sword, and we seemed to hit every possible piece of bad luck along the way. At one point we had to give up as half the team was disconnected from PSN. The rest of us went on and did a nightfall as we awaited their return.

After the nightfall, I just switched to my Hunter and got the shit done. A Fang Of Ir Yut was my reward. Then we went back in with my Warlock, and it was more of the same bad luck. But we finally got that done as well. And the struggle seemed to pay off, as I got my 3rd Graverobber, my 3rd Bane Of Dark Gods, and another Fang Of Ir Yut.

So to recap, I have 3 of everything from Crota's End, well, 2 Necrochasms but 3 of everything else. Still, not one single Black Hammer.

After the Warlock run, it was decided to not move forward, as the pool of available bodies was rather thin (we did it with 5, and then one wanted to leave at that point). So I still have a hard kill with my Titan to go.

Gold and I went and did our final two nightfalls. And good news: Rockets McDickface has already been toned down. His health went down much faster than usual. So I guess we don't have to wait for that change! The bad news: here are my rewards:

1) Badger CCL Scout Rifle (Meh)
2) The Devil You Don't (Seriously?)
3) Helm Of Inmost Light (better than the one I had, so not terrible)

Oh, and I got a Monte Carlo from a gorgon chest.
