I need to spend some Marks but not sure where to put them into. I'm actually thinking either Red Death or Bad Juju since I don't have much in terms of Pulse but ok with Scout rifles. On the other hand I don't have a Go-To Rocket Launcher and can grab Dragon's breath or The Truth. Of course all will come in at 280 Light Level

Honesty I would wait to see what you get from running the raid and then go from there. Everything that drops on normal will be between 300 and 310, so it'll be much better than any vendor gear you can buy.

when playing the current content rocket launchers are pretty much left in the dark .... machine guns are much more useful for most of the content (especially if you get the raid MG)

rocket launchers are still good though for PvP but I don't believe you partake in that mode

Although the "new" Dragon's Breath is pretty sweet. I got it from a 3oC today. The napalm fire effect it leaves is visually awesome.

Interesting Night and good to run with Scott on some strikes. Funny but the other day I ended up with like 4-5 Legendary machine guns. Yesterday I ended up with (4) Legendary Scout Rifles. I did buy the Hung Jury since Scott recommended it...almost has a bit of Suros feel to it.

Until I get into a RAID or something that can get me higher stuff I don't see me getting much past 295. I was at my highest 292 with my Hunter briefly but it's a matter of luck if I get a Blue engram at 295-298 to drop but I'm taking them to infuse with 280-290 gear whenever they drop.

Might need a hand on one thing...I have that quest where you have to kill the Taken Champions on Earth in three different areas. I have the Divide but no-one is in the Rocketyard and Skywatch to get the Champ to spawn. I guess the racing is pulling a lot of players over.

I have that quest as well. I'll help you out with that today. Also, Ghorn still works well against the Champions.

I'm sure I have some taken champion quest on my Warlock or Hunter. I can help also. Hopefully you can knock out the Taken Minotaur part of the Stranger's Rifle quest also so we can take a shot at the VoG by the weekend.

I don't get to play much with the daggers either because I'm east coast and get most of my gaming in during the day. There's hardly anybody ever on when I am. If you need help with any dailies, bounties, quests, Court of Oryx or whatever, just shoot me an invite and I'll lend a hand if I'm not in the middle of something.

I know I asked you this last night but there is no need to keep any of the Year 1 weapons/armor, right? I mean I will keep what I am currently using until I get replacements and will keep some of my favorite weapons like the FB, VoC, SexyVexy, Gally, etc., but beyond that I should dismantle it all? No reason to keep 3 FBs/Gallys or any of the armor I am not using. Same with exotics... dismantle those that don't have a Y2 version yet? I don't need to hold onto those with a Y2 version because I have the blueprint already and can spend marks on them to upgrade them from the vault (don't need to trade in the old version to upgrade?)?

If all the above is true, I'll have tons of free space.

as I mention, if there is any weapon/gear you absolutely love that you use in PvP where level advantages don't matter (all except Iron Banner) you can hold on to that but likelihood is there is a comparable replacement for it in the new content

Gally/Fatebringer and the likes can still be useful on patrol where the enemy's only scale up to a certain level but no need to keep multiples of anything

Had 310 boots drop this afternoon that converted to the Bones. I was happy since the ones I got last night were the Radiant 310 Infusion Machines.

I had this terrible dream last night...I dreamed I was in some huge fishbowl and these huge mean evil Hive Ships floating around like sharks trying to get me and I couldn't jump out to escape....


I can sum up my performance from last night this way....if there were "B, C or even D Team", I doubt I could be worthy or even allowed....I probably couldn't find a way out of a wet paper bag. There's probably a few more gray hairs, extra level of anxiety, good dose of misery and an extra large headache from those who witnessed "How Not To Do The Raid" episode. I should be locked in The Vault of Glass alone till I can do it solo...it actually might be better anyway.....

But seriously...can't say thanks enough or sorry enough and as I told Scott before signing off, I really need to do some homework on all this before "Jumping" in again.....
