It's been a long and fruitful night for the Daggers (and astrochimp).

We started with two new stops for the Virgin Sacrifice Tour '15 as we took killer's friend Goldie through his first trip into the Vault Of Glass, and later we dropped him down into Crota's end and had him claw his way out with the rest of us.

Then it was on to the Prison Of Elders for myself, Cruz and Gooter. A date with Skolas awaited us, and while we arrived much later than expected, we stayed late to make up for it. We had a couple of stumbles in the early rounds, setbacks that cost us time, but made us stronger as a whole.

Then came Skolas himself, and much like last week, it wasn't going to be a short battle. We whittled him down, bit by bit, passed off the taint like it was joint, and even got through the first round of mines. Things were looking good as we wore him down to below 25% and made our way to the second mine wave. Then all of a sudden cruz dies, followed by me and finally Gooter. So close, yet so far away. It was last week all over again.

But we didn't dwell on it. We picked ourselves back up and headed right back out there. Skolas was not going to live another day while we were around. But once again, disaster struck as I made a HUGE mistake during the first set of mines that nearly cost us the whole thing. But rising out of the darkness was Gooter, who made an epic save. Words just aren't going to do his performance justice. Luckilly, I had the foresight to record it, and thanks to that you're going to be able to see the last 30 minutes or so of our battle with the "Kell Of Kells."

Now was that an awesome save or what?!? I go down, Cruz goes down, and Gooter manages to take care of all 3 mines. Amazing. He takes my colossal blunder and pretty much erases it from existence.

If only that had been the ending! But no, we were barely halfway through. Again, the video tells the tale, but it felt great to be there when Gooter and Cruz completed their moments of triumph and took another step toward becoming Legend.

Cruz ended up with an Elder Cipher, as did I. Goot knocked out half of his cipher in one run. But we weren't done yet! Oh no! We went back in the prison and did a 32, finishing off my 5th, and getting my 3rd Lord Of Wolves. Cruz got his cipher to the sit on your ass and wait portion.

But even that wasn't enough for their bloodlust! Gooter wanted his Lord Of Wolves, so we did a 34 POE as well. After the Reborn Servitor laid in pieces, we celebrated one more time as Gooter got his LOW, and I got to the sit on my ass and wait portion of Elder Cipher #6.

It was also time to call it a night. But the Daggers had a hell of a run. Well, some of us did anyway

Thanks again Scott and Cruz. Skolas is one tough bastard. I don't think I got all 3 mines on that one wave but it was definitely epic. Thought it was over at that point.

Oh yeah, props to Chase for his epic listening skills. Couldn't have done it without ya bud.

Our trials run last night was sponsored by Bacardi & 7up, and as a result I sucked big time. You know it's bad when your good match is going 4-6. The fact that is was a sniperfest last night didn't help either.

YouTube videos have been watched and a strategy has been put in place. In an hour or so my brothers and I will begin feeding dicks to all of the level 35 prisoners. It won't be easy, but we hope to best Sooner's run of 16 hours 24 minutes and 12 seconds.

My 35 run turned into a 32 run that took over 90 minutes. This is what happens when people have Ghorns without wolf pack rounds. Hopefully tomorrow's reset will not include Lightswitch on Skolas.

The Nightfalls go pretty damn fast, though I suggest taking it slow early on around the Shriekers and Ogres. Taniks can also be a bitch with that Scorch Cannon. But all those new GHorns should have fun with it.

Somewhat productive night for the Daggers. We welcomed IHaveTheGaul to the Dagger fold, helping him through his nightfalls and later having him join us on a couple of Crota runs (normal and hard).

Some highlights:

The Daggers did the bridge legit on both normal and hard Crota for the first time.
Sooner finally got his Hawkmoon. "Sorry chase" was the theme for the evening.
I got my 7th Gjallarhorn drop, and 8th overall. Also got a MIDA Multi-Tool in the same run.
Gaul got his first Word Of Crota.

All in all a good night where pretty much everyone got their Nightfalls done and outside of Sooner, didn't get much
