Sorry, I wasn't home last night. Hope you were able to round up enough people to finish it. It's really, really hard to get the same group back together if you don't finish the raid in one sitting. You pretty much need to be committed to it before you start, but it was nice to at least get a couple of the rewards.

We managed to get to Atheon but were unable to beat him in time. I called it a little after midnight since I had a very important, early meeting this morning.

Of course, I get to the office and the entire block is closed due to a bomb scare. So I take half the meeting from the sidewalk and skip the latter half as I head back home.

Phogoth is definitely the easy part of the strike. Getting past the 4 wizards during the rune decoding section is the most difficult part of the nightfall. The wizards deal arc damage too (which is the multiplier this week), so it only takes a couple hits from them to kill you.

I said it in the normal thread, but count me in for the Raid as well.

Hopefully everyone has the clan loaded up, as I wouldn't mind getting that trophy done as well.

Just to add: If we do get enough people to do two different Raids, we should probably try to balance them in terms of weapons and experience.

Obviously chess is pretty much the expert around here.

I have a fully upgraded Epilogue, Ice Breaker and Suros, and will come in as a 28 Titan Defender. And now that I've gone through the whole thing twice, I'm solid with the mechanics of it.

For rookies: If you can't afford the Suros right now, make sure you have a solid primary of another sort, AND most importantly strong secondary and Heavy weapons that deal Void damage. I don't know how many Epilogue wielders we'll have, but the best thing you can do with your inexperience is to be as effective as you can with your shooting. Also, stock up on ammo packs, they come in very handy.

level 28 Warlock .... fully leveled Voidwalker and Sunsinger classes so I can do void damage or have resurrect depending on what area we are tackling at a given time
