A slow night for the Daggers as we were in party, but doing our own things.

For me, I was racking up some Rumble wins. After most everyone had departed, I got into this Rumble I'm posting. Ice was there for it, so he got to hear my shock as I completed the Sum Of All Tears medal.

I explain what it is in the video, and why I was amazed I actually did it.

Do the modifiers on Skolas ever change? Is there a week when he has arc or solar burn?

My nightfalls this week:

Legendary Engram that turned into a Dead Orbit Shotgun that turned into weapon parts.
Dragon's Breath that turned into weapon parts and Exotic Shard
Give/Take Equation that turned into a better version after several reforges.

When I got Dragon's Breath my brit buddy Nac got his 3rd Gjallarhorn.

Sadly, the days of passing saves off may be over. I do not have the Oracle or Crota saves at this point. So we'll have to do those raids from the start at least once.

@ Daggers - Haven't posted in a couple of days. Thanks to all for help on that last Atheon run. After having some bad raid runs with the Titan and some meh nightfalls I finally had some good loot drops. I had actually done really well on the run with my Hunter - Double boots, Chest armor, gauntlets, along with my 3rd Fatebringer, 2nd Praedyth's timepiece, and a 4th Hawkmoon. Warlock had helmet, Atheon's Epilogue, Praedyth's revenge and the Vex Mythoclast. thanks .

Scott this is my week for a Skolas attempt- just my luck that the week Iron Banner returns Skolas becomes way easier than the previous 2 weeks. I'd appreciate your guidance through a run.

Same here.

Hoping some kind, experienced Dagger will drag me through level 35 Skolas this week, so I can get the last part of the Moments of Triumph (for whatever that is worth). This has to be done by the end of August, correct?

Also finished up the Dead Ghosts trophy last night, so now I just need the 20 Salvage captures for the Platinum trophy. Have a feeling this one is going to take awhile.

And thanks so much to everyone, especially Scott, for the Flawless Raider trophy. Quite the feeling of accomplishment.

Well, you will have to spend more than 10 minutes in Salvage Seriously though, I don't think it takes that long to get the 20, since you only have to cap the relic, not fully salvage it.

As for Skolas, the big thing there is coordination and communication. I'm not sure how much Iron Banner will get in the way, but I'm sure we can find time to get this done for everyone.

so you only have to do the first part of the relic? where the counter goes from 0 to 100 percent? you don't have to wait the 45 seconds or whatever to finish it when you are defending it?

Nope. . Just be there when it deploys. Don't have to defend it.

Speaking of machine guns. Like an idiot, I somehow managed to delete my ascended corrective measure. Should have used that lock feature. What is my next best option? I have a JH and tried to roll it with field stock but no luck. I do have CC on it though but my max mag is 26. Don't have a BTRD. Any vendors sell a good stock one?

Got my Titan to Rank 3 in just a couple of hours with 7 completed bounties. Did all 6, plus the XP bounty both before and after reset.

My Warlock and Hunter are both already there. Tempered + Class Armor + Shader + Emblem + catch up bonus is your friend.

OK, so I ended my night/morning with a few rumble matches, winning 5 to get my total to 50. I'm halfway home!

Among the 5 wins I got last night, I had one that was worthy of being added to my Video collection. I hope you enjoy Sum Of All Tears 2!

And the pain is over!

I needed just 1 win for my Titan to get to Rank 5, but of course I would keep getting put on shit teams or shit games.

I finally got put into a game on Blind Watch, but I spawned at A because the idiots capped it! UGH! But I stay in as it's close to reset. I try and cap C, and finally help a couple others do it. The idiots on the other team cap A. So what happens? My idiot teammates cap A. Of course they do. We were down 2000 when I started, but despite the idiocy of my teammates, we manage to close the gap and take the lead.

Then we lose it. Obviously. But I keep fighting and we get the lead back. Finally the game ends and I breathe a sigh of relief as we had won, and Rank 5 was completed. All my characters are now there, meaning I'm done with Iron Banner again!

A little later, I'll be putting up a video showing a slaughter the Daggers put on tonight.
