Only the first game was redone. The rest of the codes are for the backwards compatibility. You still get all the games, just not all remastered.

The backwards compatibility codes appear to be trickling out now. I got codes for Gears of War and Gears of War 2.

Codes for Gears 3 and Judgment showed up too. I only needed the code for 2 since the others came free from Games with Gold... anyone need or want the other games?

I initially had 2 messages sent to me (4 codes total), yesterday I got another one saying my Gears 3 code was invalid and to use the new one.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I got codes for all 4, but only needed Gears 2. I guess the others were Games for Gold at some point? All this shit and I didn't even buy the damn thing, just rented it from the library

If anyone is still missing codes after the next couple days, PM me. I'm going to check with a friend first. If he doesn't want them, I'll toss them out here.

Yeah, all the games except Gears 2 have been on Games with Gold - so that was the only one I needed too.

Normal campaign, then Insane Campaign and about 2 hours multiplayer (until I realized it was the same online bullshit)

Can't wait for GEARS 4!
