I really had a good laugh this morning.....

I was doing the Gilded Grasshopper mission and the building where I had to go was crawling with Super Mutants and dogs all over the place. The moment I walked in the door I was like...oh-oh, I should've brought the Power Suit. I had just leveled up and looked to my right and there was one of those Robots in a Bubble. I was like, "ok...lets see what happens. One more helper can really help"......

Well I went into the terminal and changed the personality to "Law Enforcement" and the next thing I know not 1 or 2 Robots but four came out and it was Laser Mania/Tag between the Robots and Super Mutants. I just stood in the back and provided cover fire while the robots lit anything that moved up. They took care of majority and me & Curie cleaned up the rest but what timing to get that perk....

I'm stuck on another mission and have no idea if there is something I'm suppose to do before or what...it's The Disappearing Act where I have to go into the Medical Clinic inside Diamond City...the red door where Dr. Sun has his outdoor spot. I didn't get the key and when I go to the door it's Red....however I was able to open it but the moment I went in there was all of Diamond City's security on the steps just lighting me up.

So I don't know if I'm missing something prior or just keep on trying to get Sun to give me the key or what?

The guards don't show up automatically. Just go in when no one is watching you.

Well that's it.....I waited till like midnight and there are like three walking around the mid area and one over near where you can get a haircut that doesn't seem to move. That's when I got in but seriously....they were all piled on the steps leading down including a Sentry Bot. Even Dr. Sun was there with a gun. Ill try again and see. So the lock is suppose to be red and not green right?

Hard to remember so I had to go look it up. Did you get Earl Sterling's House Key? If you didn't you can pick the lock. Look under the sofa for evidence. Then go ask Doctor Sun about the suspect. Go inspect the marks on the ground leading to the surgery cellar. Depending on your skills you can pick the lock or threaten him, or bribe him into opening the cellar.

Oh...maybe that's it....I didn't look for or see the blood marks leading to the cellar. I did try to talk to him giving me the key and that didn't work. So look for the blood marks and ask him again?

I've got Cait now and trying to get on her good side. We completed Freedom Trail and got intouch with the Railroad but she didn't like that. So I'm nott sure on doing anything with them. I wanted to accept The Brotherhood offer but not sure how she'll react to them either. She did open up about her past and now need to find a Vault....but I don't want to do something that will complete her until I get "closer to her"....

Why So Blu?

In theory getting closer to her would come before completing her. At least that's how it happened with Piper.

If you fail at a romance and get the perk....can you go back to them later on and try or is pretty much set as is? And is it even worth going back to any of the characters after you "unlock" their perk?

Haven't used it yet but the new Vault-Tec DLC has a new population manager you can build in a settlement and control all of your settlers as well as use it to find your companion if you lose them.

I saw a post where someone said they found a way to get extra Bottle Caps...selling excess Purified Water. They said someone built a lot of extra water purifiers at Sanctuary City and then took and sold the excess....I haven't figured out how to get the excess or where it is? I've got 15 people but my water count is 56. I haven't seen anything showing extra water.

You can use them to craft bottlecap mines.

I believe it gets automatically deposited in the settlement's workshop, but I'm not 100% on that.

Thanks....I took a break from the game and picked back with Paragon and actually a few rounds of Diablo. I'll get back to it and need to get on some of the main missions...like the Toxic Sea or something like that and a few others. I still haven't sided with BoS and about to do the first with The Railroad. I know there was something else I wanted to ask but having take a break I cannot remember....

I have no idea on what I've done but I have about 80% of the map showing. Still a few companions and do the BoS and Railroad.

I picked up No Man's Sky so I'll split time up and break up the style of play. Plus I've gone back to Paragon a bit.

Sony does seem to be dickish about fun additions to games. Microsoft has fallen back in favor with me quite heavily. Even though I don't mind the lack of UHD BD.

heh.

I own both and can safely say MS is doing their best to throw functional, cool features at its owners. I'm a bigger fan of the PS4 exclusives and "timed exclusives" but otherwise MS is doing a bang-up job.
