All I know is that whoever you choose to kill isn't playable afterwards.

It's been on YouTube...

this is from Franklin's viewpoint. I did it like this. Could you have done it from another viewpoint?

Didn't even think of that. I couldn't do it. I loved them all a lot. Didn't want to be a dick.

Re: Grand Theft Auto 5 to a V

I killed Psycho Boy. When I played it on the 360, I let them all live.

And yes, you get a text from Lester where he tells you the person you killed is missing, and to hold onto their share for them

Re: Grand Theft Auto 5 to a V

I've played it twice (360 and Xbone) and have let them both live both times. I can't imagine wanting to kill either one.

And losing free-play access to a character you chose to kill in the first place is one thing but losing their assets and abilities is another. From a pure gameplay perspective it makes no sense even if you do hate one character or the other.

What would've been cool is at the end of the game a new mission opens up where you attempt to Resurrect Michael or Trevor. They could go all out Zombie B-Movie cheesiness

Hurry up with the heists already. They could release one at a time a least.

Re: Grand Theft Auto 5 to a V

Ok so I've beat the game. It appears there are no side missions for Trevor or Michael and Ive been doing parachute missions for Franklin. Certainly that's not it is it. How do I find other missions?

I remember beating the game and a while later a side mission popped up for Trevor.

Al_Adrenaline, I want to apologize man, that is the second time now that I have killed you when you drove up by me. I swear I am not killing you on purpose, I am just always on the defensive in Online so when I see a red dot come up on me I shoot first and ask questions later. And the proximity mine didn't help matters either. I really wish they made it more clear when it was one of your friends as opposed to a random player. Again, I am very sorry man....I feel like a major asshole.

I always play in private lobbies to avoid this. It is much more fun to not have to worry about people running you over and over and over upon spawning.

I never bothered to go into a private lobby yet..can you still join events (i.e. deathmatches, actvites, etc..) if you want?

GTAO is pretty much dead to me so I won't be picking it up anytime soon (well until the hesits come out but if you need to be in a goofy crew to do them...then those will be useless to me as well).

Why the aversion to crews?

Re: Grand Theft Auto 5 to a V

I am still holding off on the PS4 version of this until they release a full version with all DLC. Will be a wait, but always got the normal version of the game to play in the meantime.

Re: Grand Theft Auto 5 to a V

Because for me anyway....they're restarded - I've joined a couple (even went online to rockstars site as at the time, they had a listing of crews that were "serious" and would commit to doing jobs) and nobody ever gets together for shit - maybe it's changed since a bit after they were first established but that's not even the point either - I want to be able to just turn the game on, get on GTAO (after waiting for 20 minutes) then just do a heist...you know, like how it should be.

So anyway, that's why I want Heists to be crewless to join.

Re: Grand Theft Auto 5 to a V

That's understandable. I am used to playing in a crew of just rl friends, so we are always on the same page as far as getting together for jobs, etc. I can see how it would be frustrating trying to coordinate things with random people you don't really know.

Re: Grand Theft Auto 5 to a V

Yeah and I wouldn't even mind playing with people I don't know as long as they actually played - now that I've talked about it in this thread - I will give a shot again later today to see if things are different.

Also, a bit of my frustration with crews is that I don't have much time to game nowadays so I really do need the quick setup and go style that COD offers.

Since the DLC hasn't even been announced, much less released, I think you'll be waiting for a while, at least a year.

Re: Grand Theft Auto 5 to a V

Maxflier likes to kill his friends. Lol.

I'm so addicted to this game. I've now plugged over 180 hours online and have reached rank 101. That's not farming glitches.
