Old consoles - snowy picture
So I've dug through my 'stored' video games and have hooked up the PS2, Dreamcast, Sega Genesis/CD/32x, and Atari 7800. (Since most everything on PS1 is BC, I didn't hook that up, although I did buy a backup PS2 a few months ago for that inevitable day. Also, Final Fantasy Tactics is still awesome).
Anyway - the Sega and Atari are playable but the picture is real snowy. These are connected via coax, regular old fashioned 'cable' type things.
I will probably try another tv just as a comparison, but if it's still snowy, is there anything I can do to improve the picture for these old consoles?

There are a variety of upscalers you can buy. The Framemeisters are probably the best but really pricey unless you’re a hardcore retro gamer.
