I need to practice more using C4. I've been experimenting with other gadgets. Found out if you're and engineer and use your "tool" on an enemy tank it blows it up. hehe.

Re: Battlefield Talk (PS3)
Exactly.
Had a few highlights:
- My first defib.
- Knifing two dudes, side-by-side.
- Winning a tank duel.
- Moving up a rank.
- Yaw's generosity in helping Zoltac rack up 13 knife kills for a new record. So cool of you, man.

I moved up to lvl 16 and unlocked 12 gauge slugs. Maybe I'll get the chance to put one between Zoltac's eyes.

12 ga slugs are awesome. With the 870 or SPAS-12, you can literally snipe dudes at ridiculous range. It's just a little odd getting used to the crosshairs instead of the sights.

Another good way to kill a team mate in non-hardened is too shoot up a jeep until it's at 10% or so health. Get on it and find the team member you want to kill and honk until he gets on. Drive full speed and hop out before it hits an object, instant kill. Did it to Yawmush a week ago.

Re: Battlefield Talk (PS3)
I was shocked to see that my favorite class was recon-- though I do often use the recon class with the shotgun when defending m-com stations to take advantage of the motion mines and the C4 while staying in the action. And I'll frequently use a more traditional sniper it in a couple of the conquest maps where there are decent/safe spots right at one flag where you still have sight lines that allow you to control some traffic/spot at another flag. I can't be hiding out too much if 1/5 of my kills are with the knife, right?
One of last night's games was a fantastic example of why the recon class can be frustrating. The three other members of my squad on the m-com map with the water and the islands were snipers camping WAY out in the water. Every time I spawned, I had to spawn out there, a two minute run from the action, and try to make it across all of that water while being shot at by snipers from the opposing team. Got old. Fast.
