Agreed.

It does have Multi-player though... just not what we've all come to expect. It sounds more like Zombie mode from CoD than TDM. I think I'll pass on this game until it's under $40.

I guess for some the MP part of a game is a must have or determainsa buy or not. But Devs have to look at the essence of the game to determain beides single , co-op of Mp is suited. Based on what we know and seen the game its built around "points" thru combos of "skillpoints" that's close to 135 different...yea 135...ones.

The so-called MP part, called Anarchy is a horde base one but with more team collaboration envolved. More kills doesn't exactlly mean advancing so much as skillpoints which thru combos from say two players results in more points, better for team and team moves on. This is a version of say Serious Sam on steroids.

It's not a matter of $60 = needs MP at all, for me anyway. I actually prefer single player games. It's a matter of a giant backlog so this is one that can wait since friends won't be hounding me to get it for MP on day one.

So there is no deep meaning behind "no multiplayer, no sale."

The game looks like it'll be a lot of fun, so I'm looking forward to trying the demo. I'm seriously contemplating a purchase, but I'm sure I'll end up at least renting it. I'm much more interested in this than the next Gears of War, which I'm sick of hearing about.

The multiplayer information doesn't really interest me much. I much prefer single player campaigns and the mode doesn't sound original at all. I don't think it needed multiplayer at all.

Well I just played about 8 rounds of the demo....it's not only sick but a hoot as well. it has a arcade feel with the scoring system that makes you say, "hey, I can do better or I'll try this combo". The possibilities are endless. It's like Borderlands meets Serious Sam. The "Kick & Leash" makes his game but the weapons are no joke either.

And while this is a short single player mode I cannot imagine what the so-called Horde mode with fellow players in the mix. A day one buy or order (Amazon) for me.

The game feels like it was designed by a 1980s thirteen year old who went hog wild over a weekend watching Golan Globus movies, Eddie Murphy standup specials and listening to some Geto Boys albums.

The demo was a lot of fun and well polished. I like the "Echos" feature where you can replay levels and move up the leaderboard against your friends. But I'm worried that the game would be very repetitive and wear out it's welcome after the first few levels.

I really enjoyed it looking forward to 2/22 even more now. No one mentioned it yet but playing the demo unlocks "frills" in the full game.

Yeah totally. Most noted with the use of "butter dick".

As expected...the dialogue is fucking terrible. As much as I'm trying to get in the mindset of it, I'm worried about how grating it's going to be after hours of gameplay.
