6 hour single player....I do like a fast game at times. Amazon still has the $20 credit...debating if I want to use it. I have a $10 credit from Bioshock 2 currently...hmmm, what to do?!?

I heard the devs say 10 hours. I'm sure the IGN reviewer is more accurate. But it probably depends on your play-style and difficulty.

I'm looking forward to this more for the multi-player. Most mags are raving that it compares favorablely to MW2.

I have so many games right now, debating if I have time for this. Bioshock 2 (haven't touched multi), MLB 10 Show, NHL 10 (still...great game), MW2, Halo (multi). Hmmm, do I need another...someone convince me to use my Amazon $10 credit on this.

This doesn't help... but I decided to cancel my pre-order for B:BC2 because The Show was coming out (and that trumps pretty much everything else for the time being) and I'd rather put my $10 on Red Dead and wait for a price drop on B:BC2. Other than Warhawk (because I don't have to deal with the rampant online douchebaggery in our DVDTalk clan) I've never been that big on the multiplayer games and focus almost entirely on single-player campaigns. I get burned by the hype with these games more often than not.

I beat the single player last night on normal, 4-5 hours is about the length. Overall it's fun but not as intense as modern warfare 2.

The multiplayer, however, is simply amazing and easily the best online ever in a game. Super balanced, great graphics and realistic physics. Makes COD look like Halo. Anyone who complains about it just isn't skilled at a realistic team based game communication is a must! I can't wait to go play it all night and all day tomorrow!

The TRU deal worked for me about 30 minutes ago. I had no plans to buy this game, but with Gamestop's trade-in deal, I can get $40 of credit for Mass Effect 2 and end up with B:BC2 for $20. Sweet deal!

I am currently working on Mass Effect 1 so having the sequel waiting in the wings will be good.

You're a much faster player than me. I'm about 7 hours in on Normal, and I've still got the last 3 missions left to finish. This will probably take me 8-9 hours total.

I agree it doesn't quite live up to MW2. But the single player is a big improvement over the first Bad Company (which I enjoyed).

Anyone else upset that Dr Pepper doesn't have any free bonus DLC for this game? I only ask since the game is on the freaking bottle (along with Sims 3 and ME2), you'd think it might actually have some available DLC, but apparently not, at least not yet.
