Wii - Cables Upgrade - Question - help
Apologies if this is already a post, I tried searching for it and couldn't find it, but I'm not sure I did it right.
Anyway, my question is, is it worth it to upgrade the cables on the Wii and if so, should it be the official Wii brand? I've read not to go with the 'knock off' brands and pay the money for the Wii brand ($35 at BB), but you never know what to believe.
I'm kicking myself for not getting the cables yesterday at ToysRus with the 40% off coupon and then figure out if I wanted to keep them or return them. Didn't even dawn on me until 9:15 last night or so (15 minutes after the store closed).
If it helps, the games for the Wii I have are Sports, Sports Resort, Red Steel 2, Tiger Woods 11, and a couple for my daughter (Disney Princess and Littlest Pet Shop). I'll likely get NHL 2K11 when it comes out in September, and am intrigued by Goldeneye in November, but I'm not a huge gamer, more of a recreational player. I do stream Netflix (would the cables help with that picture also).
Thanks for any help you can offer.

Second Jeremy's recommendation. I was first party cables only prior to monoprice. Also, the cables will make a nice noticeable difference in the display of the Wii's limited graphical capabilities.

+1 to what everyone else said. The cables definitely make a noticeable difference and the monoprice ones are a great deal (that's what I have).

Just ordered them, thanks everyone for the recommendation! Can't beat the price and according the reviews and you guys, they're just as good or better than the $35 Nintendo Wii brand cables, $6.35 shipped! Now I'm glad I didn't get the cables at ToysRus yesterday.
Thanks again,
Thanks again,

Happy to help.
Monoprice rocks. Just about every AV cable in my house is from Monoprice...every HDMI, Wii component, PS2 component, etc...all great quality, and I can't remember the last time I paid more than $5-7 for a cable.
