I forgot, I do actually have Ico. Still haven't played it yet but wouldn't get rid of it until the PS3 double pack comes out for sure since there is still no release date for it yet.

Harvest Moon 64 - I've owned it twice. Still own one copy.

When it was first released, I received it as a Christmas gift. A year later, I decided to sell my N64 and games/accessories for a PS2. I got more than I expected overall, but the store's cash register screen wasn't working and I couldn't see what I was getting for each game. Since it was more money than I expected, I agreed to it. Of course, it was then that the guy said how rare Harvest Moon '64 was and that he'd be selling it for $70. He gave me $12. Had no idea it was rare or anything of that sort. Tried to buy it back but no sale.

The games were not rare, per se, but I sold the first 3 Mega Man games MiB at $100 each to finance the Gamecube launch. Kinda regret it, but at the same time, they'd just be collecting dust on my shelf anyway.
