I preordered a game using RZ certificates at BB that I don't want anymore. If I don't pick up the game will they just return those points to my account?

Yes. Once the order is cancelled (either by you directly or if you haven't picked up the item in ten days at the store), they'll be re-issued to you in a couple of weeks. Keep an eye out for that email though, they may issue you ones with a very short expiration date (like a month)

Evolve still isn't worth it, even at $25 dollars. I would be surprised if you could still easily find matches in most of the modes.

You can still find matches, but I think the game fills empty slots with bots until someone drops in.
