All Right Now
Roam

Can't wait to play when my lead singer gets home from school .

Shred? On a fake plastic guitar?

Anyway...I guess I could level down to Medium for that section before I play it. Does that affect your tour at all if you don't do it on one set difficulty the whole time? It just sucks that it is buried in a 9 song set.

Yes, shred! I play a lot in a large setting, and am known to throw my foot up on a table during an awesome section, or play in the "metal stance" when the riff is really great. I'm just here to have fun, and well, Visions is fun!

Oops! Nice! Those are probably the only songs I'll get anyway.

Any concrete information on the AC/DC tracks that are coming? Will it be offered via download and disc or will it be download only? And will the 18 tracks sell for the suggested 39.99? I looked around and couldn't find any telling information. Any help?

Everything you need to know about AC/DC: http://www.rockband.com/forums/showthread.php?t=86939

I hope there is still 3-6 singles release alongside the Crue next week. I need something to look forward to tomorrow. And I need to know No Rain and Foreigner are coming!

In short:

- Disc based
- Wal-Mart only
- $40
- 1000 achievement points
- no online play
- 18 live tracks (Brian Johnson)
- comes with a one time use code that allows you to extract the songs for use in RB1/2

Visions is a huge POS. It's the #1 reason the game needs the option to disable on-disc tracks.

Can't help it your tastes aren't as varied as some.

If I *had* to disable something off the disc, it would probably be the Modest Mouse tune, but the drum track on that is so damned fun!

Geez, I get no respect for calling out "Visions" many pages back?

On a side note I finally got my band up to gold stars out of 900 or so. I didn't even know you could get that, just figured five stars was the limit.
I was surprised at that too. I just cracked 3100 stars and managed to keep it in the gold most of the time (it dropped to 5 after the endless setlist, but I brought it back up ). Is it just calculated on some sort of average?

Modest Mouse is one track off the disc I was surprised I liked.

I finally played the Sickness by Disturbed the other night. I'm really surprised they went with the album cut over the radio edit. Here's the uncut last verse:

(And when I dream) [x4]
No mommy, don't do it again
Don't do it again
I'll be a good boy
I'll be a good boy, I promise
No mommy don't hit me
Why did you have to hit me like that, mommy?
Don't do it, you're hurting me
Why did you have to be such a bitch
Why don't you,
Why don't you just fuck off and die
Why can't you just fuck off and die

Why can't you just leave here and die
Never stick your hand in my face again bitch
FUCK YOU
I don't need this shit
You stupid sadistic abusive fucking whore
How would you like to see how it feels mommy
Here it comes, get ready to die

Even though I'm not a fan of death metal (especially in a rhythm game), they could've picked something better than the abomination that made its way onto the disk.

I bought my copy of Rock Band 1 on launch day last year, and RMA'ed my drums (that mostly worked but would drop a fair amount of notes) the middle of last month to beat the new 60 day RMA enforcement rules, and just got the new set today. Yellow pad registers zero hits, absolutely nothing.....arghhhh. Now they won't take the replacement set back because I don't have a receipt from the last 60 days...just great.

I need to do more multiplayer! Thanks for the fun tonight rabbit. I had to dash really quickly because of the girlfriend, but I will check for you in the future. Cartman...drums? Do we even have an expert vocalist floating around? I know of one...maybe we can all get together some night. It was cool gold starring a few songs 2/3 of the way through, and rabbit nailing 100% solos on some songs...

So I see Harmonix still does not know how to properly place songs in their correct tiers of difficulty. My bassist and I were making some set lists to play on expert to get some easy gold stars. I think, hmm "Hungry Like the Wolf" is the second damn song listed, should be really easy....WRONG! That song is like retarded hard, should be in the 4th tier at least. We managed 4 stars barely on guitar/bass. We then proceeded to gold star about 7 other songs in the 2nd tier.... stupid Duran Duran.

If you're one of those people who sits down while playing Painkiller, then I'll send the hate right back at ya.

I recently moved the 360 to a different room and have found out sitting while playing is all about the right chair. Since I started playing these games a year ago, I've always been in the same chair, but now I can't sit because the armrest on the chair in the new room just doesn't work well while playing guitar. So I did a bit last night while standing. It just seems odd when I'm by myself.

The 360 will be going back to the original room tonight.

How do you jump around the room if you're sitting in a chair?

You are confusing Rock Band with how you are supposed to play the Wii. Sheesh.
