GTA 4 XBOX 360 freezing?

I have never had a game have a lock up issue on my system. After watching the TV in niko's room for 5-10 minutes the message comes up the disc is unreadable and I need to reboot it. I tried this 2 times and it has given me that error 2 times.

I then left it running not watching TV and just Niko standing around and its been 15 minutes and it SEEMS ok. Has anyone had any locking up issues or maybe its my disc?
