Thats a good price for this (considering it is 15 - 20 hours) the only thing is I have already ordered Guitar Hero 3 (with guitar), Assassins Creed, Mass Effect, and Fire Pro Wrestling Returns. Plus today I'm getting Phoenix Wright, Castlevania PSP, and Jericho. My wallet hates me.

I might get this around the holidays though.

It's actually only $38.46 at Family Video . Couple that with the $3 off code and $0.99 shipping for a grand total of $36.45 shipped. Since I don't plan on playing it for awhile, I can wait for FV's slow shipping.

FV has been getting my business a lot lately due to these awesome prices.

The better option would be to use the EB/GS 10% off coupon from CAG, and get it for $36 with no waiting.

My mall gamestop got zero today but the one 3 blocks over in the strip mall had it. I completely wiped them out with my two copy purchase though.

So is does the treasure belong to "Barbaros" or is the Japanese to English translation thing still as horrid as it was 20 years ago for Metal Gear?

Looks interesting; like the high reviews!

I haven't look for the CAG thread, but is this coupon is accepted at all EBgames locations?

Yes. The address on the coupon is their corporate headquarters, not a particular branch.

My co-worker just told me about this game this morning. I originally thought this was going to be one of those crappy budget titles, but he was telling me how awesome it was, and now seeing the reviews... this looks like another game to add to the Xmas List.

This is rapidly becoming a hard to find game. Apparently, stores aren't getting a lot of copies in -- and when they do they sell out quick. My Amazon pre-order is sitting in limbo right now.

Might be a good way to get in on CC's $24 gift card if you can manage to order it online.

I'm going have some extras after tomorrows Prospect D&A study I linked this to, so I can set up anyone that really having hard time finding the game. Actually I likely be able do it under cost if there no hurry on shipping with the reimbursement I should be getting.

Does it work if they don't have a copy in the store?

It won't allow you to choose in store pick up if they don't have it in stock.

So I got my first free EGM yesterday and one of the first pages I flip to has a preview of Zack and Wiki that starts off with "Its unfortunately childish presentation.." What a fucking useless douche bag of a magazine. I promptly threw it away, it's not even worth my time to read that preteen dribble when it was free.

On a vaguely related note Pixy, I just got the newest Nintendo Power the other day and there is a two page interview with the head of Treasure. There is also a two page interview with Michael Ancel.

Not a direct quote, but Ancel said he is working on a game focused on immersion and exploration. I'm pretending he just said "I'm working on BG&E2." There are a few questions regarding BG&E, but the big focus is on the upcoming Rayman 2.

As for Zack & Wiki, I have a $25 GC to CC so I've definitely decided to get it, but none of the CCs near me have it.

Yeah, not to go off topic but EGM pretty much sucks now. Interesting thing is, when the magazine used to be located out of Lombard Illinois, I worked in the same building (but different floor) as the mag. When they moved to San Fran & got a new crew (and layout) it just went down the drain.

But back to the game, it's definitley worth the money. It really feels like a palette cleansing affair after playing so many serious-aimed titles.

He has hinted at BG&E2 already.. so I hope you're right.

I was thinking about going to Fry's tonight to grab Dracula X Chronicles.. so maybe they'll have Z&W, they seem to be (or were) very good at stocking a decent amount of "under the radar" titles, if this actually qualifies for that since it's getting a lot of hype.

Picked this up last night, and only had about an hour to play it, but it's a lot of fun so far. After getting to the hideout, I played through 3 levels. It's a simple, original, enjoyable game and I can't wait to dig deeper into it.

Also, to defend EGM, I think they might have been saying that the bright and colorful "childish" appearance of the game is unfortunate because it will turn off some people and they'll miss out on a great game. Of course, the visuals really suit the game, and if "childish" visuals are enough to keep you from playing a game, then...why do own a Wii?
