Figured it was about time for one of these. Keep from annoying the non Pac-Man players in the main thread.

My only tip I can give is to not waste time doing anything! If you've got a choice between a death and madly circling to the other side of the level and back to avoid a ghost, take the hit. Don't sit around waiting for all four ghosts to get close before eating a power pellet unless there will be a BIG payoff (ie: setting up a three or more power pellet combo). Try to focus on just getting to the faster and double power pellet levels then wasting time trying to score too much on the early levels.

^yep. Stay the course. There is a clear path of pellets. Stay on that path. If you veer off it you are wasting time.
The chart is there for a reason. Notice in this vid that there are only 3 points where you are actually going after ghosts. At the beginning, at the first set of Keys, and at the second set of Keys. The rest of your time is just eating pellets.

What version do you play for these scores? I finally bought the full version last night and only got in one round of the first game type (5min challenge, I think it was) and scored somehting like 110k. Looks like I have some improving to do...

Great thread...I want in on this!! My high score at the moment is 266,630.
I feel like my current strategy can get me a little over 300k if I do everything right, and then I am going to need to improve my strategy somehow....right now I just die too often.
