I would like to see a game like this. It takes 24 hours to finish, but there's no pause button or saved games.

There's a Wildtanget-based game for 24 on the Fox Website. Other than that, there's no existing video game I can think of.

There's not enough time!

Don't forget, on the first level you are hooked on heroin, and by the 8th hour you have completely kicked the habit.

Wouldn't a game like this be great though. You roll up on a terrorist holding a gun to Kim's head, and to show the terrorist how crazy you are, you shoot her square in the forehead instead. lol.

Actually, a branching story based on your in-game actions would be fantastic. You have certain parameters that you have to stay within to succeed in the mission, but you could have some leeway to change the story along the way.

I think the best option would be a third-person action game. Plus, your SUV would be equipped with a magical teleporter to warp you across LA in under 5 minutes.

piece of cake in a game. CUTSCENE! You hop in the car, you see Jack do some blow, then you arrive at your destination.

There's a game being created based on "The Shield". Is that what you're thinking of?

(Looks like they're using the same "Bald Assassin" engine from Hitman 2)

Some of the posts in this thread gave me fond memories of just how insane TVTalk becomes during the 24 season.
