Xbox Hook-up!?question...

My Xbox is on the way(Walmart)and iv got a question about hooking it up to the TV and a CRT Projector?not at once

whats the ideal hook up for best Picture,my TV has S-Video so that would be best,BUT~I use a scalar that includes every hook-up amaginable...

You have two options. You can use the Advanced AV Pack that has an adaptor for S-Video and optical out or the High-Def AV Pack that has componant video out and optical cable out. Both are $20, but you can knock $5 off that price with a BB coupon. The standard cable that comes with the system is only an RCA video plug. Avoid that.

What is S-video, and how do you use it? Do all TVs have it? Please excuse my stupidity....

No. Pretty much any moderately decent TV from the past few years ought to support it, though.
