xbox live account question
does xBox live automatically renew? if so, how do you PREVENT this from happening if you are no longer interested in the service?

Patrick: Sure, go ahead!
jason: How do you prevent your Live account from automatically being renewed?
Patrick: 30 days before the auto-renewal, you will receive an e-mail notification informing you of this. If at that time you wish to not continue with XBL anymore, then you can simply contact Customer Care who will cancel your account.
jason: ok, how can i check that my email is on file?
Patrick: You can reach them, toll-free @ 1-800-4MY-XBOX ( 1-800-469-9269 ). It is open from 9am to 1am, Eastern Standard Time, 7 days a week.
