Blockbuster PVD games B2G1
Just got back from my local Blockbuster, picked up 3 mint Gamecube games -- NFL2K3, Eternal Darkness and Tiger Woods 2003 -- for $52.50 out the door [$17.50 each ]. They were each marked 24.99, had manuals in perfect condition, cases and discs likewise. I was very happily surprised! Although I'm not thrilled about buying used movies, especially with Columbia House out there selling crazy-cheap new discs, it doesn't seem like a big deal with games. Plus, like I said, these were in incredibly good shape; in fact, the clerk said NFL2K3 had not been rented! Go figure. Anyway, hope somebody else can make a good deal for themselves out of this.

Glad to help, Lord Crumb. Although, as pointed out by joltaddict, the sale has popped up in this forum from time to time, I was surprised to see the titles I bought as part of the promotion, and I was really surprised that Blockbuster had the manuals and that everything was in such great shape, so I re-posted the deal.
Edit: P.S. -- I guess I really should have posted this in the original thread -- my (obviously lacking) search didn't turn up either of the other threads. Sorry, folks. I guess that makes my thread a merge candidate. But the deal, man, the deal! It's all about the deal! Anyway, off to undo all the Spurrier-izing and turn the Redskins into 2K3 champs....

Slightly off topic, but I've noticed something about why the manuals are in pretty much perfect condition. Recently, it seems like the rental stores never let the renter take the manual home with the game, even though I remembering doing so years ago for Super Nintendo games. Next time you look at the back of a game's original case (not the locked game cases behind it) to see if it interests you, open the case and the manual will probably be there. I was surprised the first time I noticed, but I guess they don't expect people to look there. I haven't swiped any manuals or anything. I just thought it was interesting.
I only have a Gamecube, so I can only speak for the Gamecube games. Like always, YMMV.
