It looks like one of those system made in Hong Kong/Taiwan with a bunch of games programmed into roms that's soldered into the controller....

It says Atari:Games at the top. You can write to the seller and ask him.

I should have been clearer on how much I knew

I know it's one of those ROM systems with the games burned right in the controller, but my more specific question is was system are the ROMs from?

RDGAFFORD, I think the seller arbitrarialy picked that category, and I don't think they're going to know the answer to this, but it might be humorous to ask them

The Popeye game is too old and the graphics too good for that to be a console ROM. I'd wager that this is simply a MAME port, and all the games are arcade roms.

Looks like a nintendo Rom game system. those things = teh suckkekekekekekek stay far away from them. if you really want to be a rebel and get rom's you have a computer and access to a lot of games online, though I wont point you to any directions.

Those are NINTENDO roms, they're pretty big in asia, goes for a lot cheaper than that, and you also get what you paid for, because they break easy.

I got an NES cartridge in the early 90s that had 42 NES games on it... Popeye didn't work of course, and Twin Bee didn't work either, but it was pretty good.

A year or so later I saw one that was for 250 games.

These were bought in a black market in South America BTW, and were imported from China.
