Now you're dreaming. $19.99 is a pretty great price, and that's as good as you're likely to get for some time, I imagine.
Best Buy won't add a coupon to a pricematch and Target won't take a Best Buy coupon.

It wouldn't work with a pm anyway. Best buy does 110% price matching - it would bring it down below $19.99 (the coupon is for $19.99 and up).

I've PM'd at Best Buy & used a coupon before.

You might be able to do both but in this situation it wouldn't work. If BB has the game for $25 and price matches Target's price of $19.99 that would bring the total down to $19.50 ($25 - 110% price match). The coupon is for $5 off any game (or accessory) $19.99 and up, the price would be under $19.99 so the coupon wouldn't be valid.

How to get this game for $14.99 at Target. The Metroid Prime GC game at target has a coupon book inside the game case.
The coupons are as follows:
$5 off Zelda for GC
$5 off Kirby Nightmare in Dreamland for GBA
$5 off Nintendo Power Stragedy guide
$5 off Wavebird Wireless Controller
$5 off GC/GBA Link Cable
$5 off Metroid Fusion for GBA
$10 off a Gameboy Advanced Hardware and Target has the exclusive red GBA
$5 off Zelda for GBA
$5 off Resident Evil 0 for GC

They don't normally give you the extra 10% at my Best Buy unless you push it or you already bought it previously ... so I think I'll give it a go. YMMV.

They will never give you the 110% unless you ask for it, and IMO it's not worth the extra 25 minutes it takes some clueless employee to get a calculator out and do it wrong 5 times in a row before I have to tell them how to do it.

Also, some stores won't let you stack the PM and the coupon because they are *******s. I've done it a lot in the past, but this one time ... swear to God. Goddamn Resident Evil 0.

Ecarland, are those manufacturer coupons or Target coupons? I plan on getting several of those items, and it would be great to use them at whichever store has the lowest price.

Thanks,

Ralph

Those are Target coupons they were only available inside the Metroid Prime GC game that says $50 in coupons inside. The Metroid GC games now at Target dont say that anymore I bought my Metroid for GC on Black Friday.
And I just checked with a Target employee that the price is actually going to be 19.00 tomorrow. What I did is go to target and put a hold on that game today for me.
***coupon can not be repoduced***

with today's printers they rarely can tell the difference esp. if there is a bar code. I never used the original coupon for the BB 5 dollar off. so....where are the scans?

Thanks for the heads-up about the Target coupons. I wasn't in the market for this stuff a few weeks ago, so I missed it then. However, you guys should check your local Target, because mine still had a few copies of the one with coupons. Good Luck!

Neither game is listed in Target's ad this week. I wonder what that means.

It's on the front page of the target ad in WV.

It's on the front page ad here as well.

I'm looking forward to the myriad of "target waz outta stock and i tried to pricematch at bb and they wouldn't do it and i yelled and i never shopping there again, yo!" posts.

Good grief! People are monsters when it comes to front page ad sales. I (along with three dozen others) stood outside the door of Target and ran in at 10 AM only to find that they had no stock, so I (along with three dozen others) ran across the street to Best Buy and they wouldn't honor the price match or the $5 off coupon.

I HATE BOTH STORES AND WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!

... and then I woke up this morning in a cold sweat! What a nightmare! Well, off to Target!

I must have had the wrong ad. I guess it doesn't matter anyway since there are no games in stock.
