Desert Storm mixed reviews-- WDYT?

Anyone play this game? It looks so good in the commercials but its getting mixed reviews (gamespot gave it 4.6 and readers gave it 8.2)

Whats the lowdown?

Even though I haven't played the game, in situations like this I tend to side with the readers if there are enought reader reviews to have a competent average (around 20 IMO).

I rented this and thought it was a complete blast to play. Control was a snap and I think replayability would actually be quite high, as you can go about defeating each level differently each time.

Nothing ise more satisfying then setting up proper cross-fire cover or sneaking up behind some heavy armor and blowing it to bits!

Most of the reviews have been pretty favorabl and the game has sold quite wellin Europe and Australia. I will definatley be buying this one soon.

The graphics aren't the greatest but it is fun to play especially with 2 players. Each of you control 2 guys. You might want to rent it first but it's pretty cool.

Well Red Faction 2 looks incredible in the commercials, but it's actually pretty lame. I think this is another game where - "it's okay, but there's better stuff out there of this same type"... I'd suggest renting it if you really like games like this.

Great!!!!!

this game is just as good as SOCOM: Navy Seals or Tom Clancy's: Ghost Recon!!!

The only thing I found that needed to worked on was on the graphics but they are still great!

I bought my copy after it was released and I'm glad I bought it. Great game.

The mix reviews are just nonsense!!!!!!

I don't understand why this game received mix reviews.

I really believed this game deserves a 8.8/10!!!!!!!!!!
