Blockbuster Used Games $19.99
Don't know if this is a regional thing, but today I went in a Blockbuster near my job and found they were having a sale on all used games.
Now I was aware of the $3 off, but this deal was $19.99 for any used game; regardless of platform. I picked up Madden 2003 and Dead To Rights for XBox. Both had manuals and NO scratches!
I'm gonna go back and get NCAA Football 2003 and see if they'll let me get The Thing or NBA Live 2003 also. BTW, the store is located in Los Alamitos, CA.

My BB has been doing this for months now. Not only that, but Buy 2 Get 1 Free a lot of the time. That's how I got Devil May Cry, MGS 2, Final Fantasy X, Silent Hill 2, Gran Turismo 3, Resident Evil CODE: Veronica X, and Maximo. No problems with any of them, none of them scratched up.

My BBV had Freekstyle for $35 used. I bought it last week at TRU for $19.99 new. That's some deal, Blockbuster!

Do some Blockbusters still put those stupid stickers on their games?
The reason I ask is because I recently rented two newer games from them, and not only did they come with the real instruction book, but they had no visible stickers at all!
I had bought a preowned ICO from them one time, but that stupid sticker made the disk rattle in my vertical PS2, and I returned it.

Our store no longer places labels on the games. Also we no longer write our store code on the discs either. I wish we had the 19.99 deal going for our previously rented games. Add in the $3 off and I would get games for 13 + tax.
