do their preowned games come in pretty good condition? w/ manuals?

The disclaimer says they might not have the manual and/or case, but they are required when they are traded in to begin with so the odds are good you'll get everything. I've always gotten the original package and manual at the stores.

Games are also 100% guaranteed to work properly.
