What happened to Gamespot?

This is probably a waste of a thread, but I didn't know where else to post it. Does anyone know what happened to the Gamespot website (videogames.com)? I can't ever seem to get into it. Have they changed their address or is it just some random flaw on my computer?

Okay, since someone has no problem getting into the site it must be my computer or server. Strange though, since this is the only site I cannot get into no matter what address I type in (etc. www.videogames.com, videogames.com, www.gamespot.com, video.gamespot.com, videogames.gamespot.com ).

Their IP address changed about a week ago, so if you have the old one in your hosts files, that would explain why you can't get there. (I had the same problem).

It is a shame because, unlike IGN, they seem to have some content that might make a subscription worth it.

But, they are always last with the reviews. Mafia came out early last week and not a peep from Gamespot.
