Pacific Century Cyber Works, a Chinese Telecommunications firm owned by Hong Kong tycoon Richard Li, is in talks to purchase Interplay. Interplay is responsible for a large chunk of the PC and console games that grace top 10 lists. So what's going to happen to the game based on The Matrix? Well, it will most likely still happen since sources say that the film's directors have promised to provide up to 80 minutes of new Matrix footage to be used exclusively by Interplay's licensed videogame.
