Last week, that klingon-human chick, B'lanna, was pregnant. However, I've noticed she is suddenly thin and not pregnant in this week's episode. Did she get the baby sucked out with liposuction or something?

This was a rerun, here, according to my tivo. That may be why? What was the plot line?
Was it about the Hirogins and the Doctor trying to help them?

My favorite part was when the holograms basically say: "We'll need this projection machinery to be powerful and last forever if we are going to exist indefinitely in our "new home"." And then they turn around and decide to put it on a corrosive planet! "Can't hurt me, I'm made of light. Oops, the projector dissolved."
