The ramifications are huge. It means that means there is yet another battle that still needs naming.

I take as fact that Jon is Rhaegar's son, but I don't understand why he doesn't have the Targaryan platinum blond hair. That was supposed to be a big-deal genetic thing, was it not?

And why Ned kept that secret on a very very tight leash. What he was doing was technically treasonous.

i was surprised that Drogon was perfectly fine this ep. i thought that was a good shot to his shoulder and yet he is flying as if nothing happened. i did like the scene with Jon touching him...
and just to be clear that was Sam's brother and father being burned alive, correct? why were they with the Lannisters and why then is Sam not?

2) Jamie had recruited them in the first Episode of the season. They were loyal to House Tyrell but since Tyrell was at war with the crown (and the Tarleys were IN King's Landing at the time), he chose to stay loyal to the Queen rather than be in open rebellion. Also Jamie promised that he could become Warden of the South after the war.
3) Sam was disowned and sent to the Wall because his father despised him. Their scene together last year when Tarley discovered that Sam had a baby with a Wildling (I know it's not really his, but he didn't) only cemented the animosity between them. Sam ended up stealing his Valarian Steel sword

I just took it as Qyburn's gigantic crossbow doesn't work as well as they hoped, which Jamie even mentions to Cersei.

I kinda would have like that scene to lasted a bit more with Dany questioning how and why. Besides the "did you take a knife to the heart?" its like blah, that wasnt important neither.

I thought the one misstep with that scene is that it should have been Rhaego, not Drogon. I know it was Drogon b/c that is who Dany was riding, but maybe Rhaego lands first and Dany lands and sees him with Rhaego.

I do not get this criticism. Characters who have died on GoT typically don't randomly go. It's great that they do kill people, but it's usually with a lot of setup.
Jamie Lannister wasn't going to die by drowning randomly at the end of an episode.
