Wow, that was a rough final scene. Really feels like the Beginning of the End now.

I knew that scene was going to end violently since the show was Rated for Violence and there hadn't been any up to that point.

That image above, the main one for Season Five, is more telling than it appeared at first. It's not just a married couple with a gun, it's also Phillip holding Elizabeth back.

Good symbolism at the end with them driving on a dark road where they can't see what's in front of them as their future is now clouded.
What's great about the scene with the couple is I tried to put myself in Phillip/Elizabeth position and thought of an American that killed Americans in Vietnam or Korea and should they pay for that crime 30-40 years later? I guess I side with Phillip as I'm conflicted.....

They won't be able to outrun their crimes, just like the Soviet traitor couldn't outrun hers. They know this. It's a poison that will hurt Paige, it will hurt Henry.
A hell of a show and a really, really good episode. One of my favorites.
