maybe it was because it was already pretty heavy on the call backs (or more appropriately call forwards) but I would have thought the perfect business for Jimmy to try and sell the ad spots to would have been Tampico Furniture

There's not enough time in the episodes for these two stories. I can't remember the last time I watched a show that always left me wanting more at the end. Not saying that as a dig, but as testimony as to how riveting this show has become. I can't believe I was ready to ditch after season two.
The scene where Jimmy turned his back on going to see Chuck he looked like a totally person. His facial expressions, the way he spoke, he was exactly like Saul Goodman from Breaking Bad. I understand why he's hurt and pissed, but he looked frightening.

An episode for Breaking Bad fans to unzip, lube up and go to town. This episode could have been called Fapping Bad.
Lydia oh Lydia... the industrial laundromat... and Saul Goodman. Good stuff.

And that just set up an unintentional Walt Jr. joke.
I'm glad we got the Saul Goodman origin out of the way.

I realized tonight there is zero chance I will not re-watch the entire Breaking Bad series after this show ends...if not sooner.

I was glad when Gus came back, and Huell...Lydia is overkill. This show is so good on its own, I don't need every Breaking Bad character popping up every week so I can say "OH LOOK, THERE'S "......!" as if it needs an extra crutch character appearance to keep existing.
Yes, they probably didn't need to show Lydia, but she wasn't shoe-horned into a scene where it didn't make sense in the BB universe at least.
A crutch would definitely be adding Walt or Jesse in the pre-Saul/Cinnabon timeline simply because it wouldn't make sense.

I think it would be a little much for him to appear in the pre-timeline - even if it's just in the background... but I definitely expect him to be around in the post/Cinnabon timeline... maybe get a bit of closure on his life to see what he's up to in a post-Walter world.

What's going to happen to drive a wedge between Jimmy and Kim? They seem to be getting on so well.

I'm sure Jimmy will fully cross the ethical line to a point that Kim can't accept, and I'm guessing it will accidentally bring her down with him. I can see her being disbarred as a result of Jimmy's actions. If BCS is anything like BB, we'll see that people's actions have consequences on innocent people (we've already seen that happen in BCS).

All coming together. Remember when Walt/Jessie kidnap Saul? 10 seconds in ...

Ignacio is confirmed as Nacho's real name, (Ignacio Varga aka Nacho)
I'm guessing three things from this.
1. Nacho doesn't die yet, at least not until after the BB timeline begins.
2. Jimmy has a hand helping Nacho putting Hector in that chair.
3. We are going to eventually meet Lalo, and he is most likely Cartel.

This was another great episode.
I like how this is blending into the BB time line.
I hope they do not gloss over his suspension - and it will give us a bit of time to maybe focus on other story lines, and see how he hustles to make some money to keep up his end of the legal practice - he is a creative guy and the first thing that came to mind was to become a "consultant."
This season is so much more interesting than last year.

I thought it was way to early for Lydia and the laundromat. If we're getting 5 seasons of this show I wasn't expecting that much fan service until season 5.
Although Lydia does give me the hot so if she's here I hope we see more of her.

I am guessing that during the 12 month suspension Jimmy fully unleashes Saul Goodman and maybe practices law under that guise to some extent. Or maybe he and Mike go it together in some fashion.

Or maybe he finds some loophole that lets him practice under Goodman instead of McGill, or is able to keep himself from being found out doing so.

He'd have to find a loophole. I don't think there's any way he would risk the consequences if he was caught violating the order.
Regarding the lab timeline, we don't know how long that may have gone on before Walt became involved. Gus could have just had it set up as a lab without all the fancy equipment. Also, there is a lot of work to do, just building the bunker, before they could even get to that stage.

Love this show this season. Jimmy and Kim are so fun together. Even though I hate that it's a doomed relationship and will lead to some sort of terrible heartache, I keep rooting for them.
Maybe she moves to Nebraska some day.
Didn't mind the Lydia appearance. She would have had to be involved with Gus for a while before Walt. Speaking of Lydia on BB, I was never quite sure why Walt had to kill her. She didn't seem like an immediate threat to him. Can someone give me a refresher as to what exactly lead to the Ricin Stevia packet?

This show has really raised the bar this season
Yes it's playing on a lot of BB references, but hey it's a prequel
