I may be way off base, just I thought that he might have eaten a psychoactive cactus (mescaline, maybe), and it was combining with dehaydration and possible blood loss from the dog bite. He could have been tripping during a lot of this.

Oh wow...this show is horrible. Don't care about any of the characters.
Can't wait for Z Nation and the zillion times better Walking Dead to come back.

Was this april fools ? a whole episode based around such a terrible character
