Will return for a 2nd season this Fall. Moves to Wednesdays at 8pm.
Seems like very few here are watching this actively week to week. Some really strong episodes in this 2nd half including last week.
If anyone wants to catch up in time for season 2, the BD's will be released August 2nd.

I'm at a conference and will miss this... but I'll watch it later this week.
I've really enjoyed this show.
Should be a good end to a good season!

But Jane didn't see the body in the barn. I'm calling it, Mayfair was behind the whole thing. She'll step out of the shadows in the series finale.
The Weller plot was the most suspenseful and well done.
The fact that I didn't care for the outcome of Jane's gut instinct () decision, means I'm okay with the outcome.

I'm "watching this actively week to week", I just haven't felt like saying much (as is true with more than a few shows for which that is the case). I think that I last commented around the time it came back from the break, when the eps. seemed to me at their low point. They've definitely improved since, though I don't think that they're as good as the initial batch were.
I liked the way that Mayfair was set up, though not so much how the team went about accessing her files. It had to be done some way, but I think it could have been accomplished a lot better.
I also wasn't impressed by the goals of the organization that Jane worked for, though I'm glad that we got some answers.
The directive given to Weller to simply drop the Jane Doe project and leave her alone seemed ridiculous, as is Weller's
She was implanted with lots of tattoos, brainwashed, etc., it's no great leap to think that there might have been other mental conditioning done to her too. It can be understood why he's so emotional, but once he calms down and/or other people are involved then it's obvious that this cliffhanger won't be a big deal, or certainly shouldn't. Though I guess some of that will depend on what Jane tells them.

Good finale. We got a lot of answers and some more questions. The dynamic of the show is completely changed now with Jane's real identity still unknown and her arrest by Weller. Plus, the trust he had with her is completely wiped out. I would say the last 5-6 episodes of the season were some of the strongest they've put out, especially when they moved more into the Jane Doe mystery.
Weller's plot discovering the real Taylor's body was pretty compelling.
I suspect the Orion plot will be a big part of season 2 and Mayfair's involvment with it.
This is obviously a very tough show for the writers to come up with 22-23 compelling episodes. There was a lot of filler and the show had some trouble balancing procedural vs. the season long arc with Jane's identity early on. But I think they finished strong. Will definitely be back in the Fall. Glad Greg Berlanti had a semi-successful show outside of the superhero genre.

Great season finale and overall, awesome new show.
A few episodes in the middle that I didn't care for, but the season ended really strong.
Surprised how well the show connected all the past plot points.

Stopped watching this show a while back but I know each title was an anagram.
Anybody have the entire list? I was wondering if there was a larger message.

Great finale. Kind of a reset with them not trusting Jane again, but at this point they needed something to focus on plot wise. The flash drive content will likely replace the tattoo driven missions. Hopefully they will do a better job of making that believable over the magic tattoo reveals that made up much of S1.

Jane Doe's tattoo's revealing just the right information at just the right time? Quaint, but mostly acceptable within the premise of the show. Surpassing that for me is Duex Ex Patterson, who apparently knows everything about everything, even things outside her area of expertise or reasonably expected hobby interests.
Still, we mostly enjoy watching the show around here. I just have to actively brain-pause the periods where Patterson goes off into her intimate knowledge of medieval Russian literature or whatever the show needs from her in any given week.

I disagree. They could have easily had them just be reveals of larger groups that were doing bad things. But in almost every case the reveal happened exactly when thebad guys were ramping up to do something real bad. Like the bombing episode. It was ridiculous to the point of distraction. On the other hand, Jane's background played out very well. Hopefully these future Orion reveals will be handled more Jane's background. But probably not. Shows seem to think they need crisis of the week to solve.
