Phil destroying items in the White House seemed out of character since he previously collected art and artifacts.
The big news is that a virus killed everything off. That should still leave behind people hiding in military bunkers, people at sea, and isolated animal life besides the cow.

I also thought that part was odd.

So far I'm liking this season much more than the 1st. This episode was hilarious.

Will Ferrell
I hope he doesn't actually die. I'd love to see him play a small part in the show.

I would love this show more if it was just Carol and Tandy going on adventures and discovering new things.

Driving the stealth bomber around town cracked me up, especially after it became clear he barely knew what he was doing. I also crack up every time he calls the Tucson group "turds." I enjoy this show quite a bit though I stand by my assertion it would have been even better without Schaal in the female lead.

There's probably not another network television show that I look forward to more than I do this show right now. It's painful to wait a week to see another episode.
I'd be shocked if Ferrell isn't dead.
I'm very torn as to whether this show could continue to be great if there really wasn't any supporting cast, like the turds. Sometimes I like that idea, other times I miss some of the others.
Schaal is terrific in this...it's like they wrote that character just for her.
Whale-in Jennings...Eddie Van Whale-in...lol

From the "scare" in this episode and the preview for next week, I like the direction they are taking Carol. It seems like they are having her be the one screwing things up and looking bad to the group instead of Phil/Tandy, which will be a nice change of pace.

I liked how they made the joke about seeing her aunt's skeleton (but it was a fake skeleton). It was funny they were sort of acknowledging the fact that there have been no dead bodies anywhere.

I hope Ferrell's character is dead. Not that I don't like him but I don't want this to turn into the Will Ferrell show. The show works as is, it doesn't need a dominating presence like Will Ferrell would be.

I hope he is dead as well.. it would be too damn funny if he was just there for what? 1 min... lol
They can have other stars show up only to die shortly afterwords. =)

I don't really like any of the other characters except maybe Todd. I mean... Phil was a manipulative jackass and deserves their hate, but at the same time I just associate all of them with toxic negativity. Phil is actually fine when he's just with Carol.
I kind of wish the Phil and Carol were the only constants and the rest of the cast changed every season.

The holdup/apology might be one of the best things I have seen on TV in a long time.

I'm anxious to see what happens with his brother.
Will Ferrell's cameo was great. I'm not surprised that they left him dead. Ferrell has done tiny cameos before.

I really love this show. Carol's Grand Canyon sketches.

First two episodes were OK, but I thought this last one was much funnier.
Everyone loving Gordon even though he was a dick and the universal hate for Tandy.

This is the only show that I watch multiple times a week on Hulu. I just love it and, honestly, can't find anything to complain about so far this season.
January Jones is fantastic to look at, so as long as they chose to keep everyone else involved, I won't complain.
