Been some good episodes, some so so episodes, still the show has great visuals which look great on my 140 inch screen so i'll keep watching
The Julie Benz storyline is the most intriguing
The episodes without Danny (been a few this season), you actually don't miss him

So the team gets taken out by sleeping gas and the Russian villian who without remorse killed doctors and nurses to get the flash drive didn't choose to kill the sleeping Five O team while they were helpless ?
That was sloppy writing

At first, I thought it was carbon monoxide hahaha, and then I remembered she didn't want to kill the tech guy.

I like the Benz storyline, too.
But I do miss Danny when he's not there. I'd MUCH prefer him to the other characters they've added over the years. He and McGarrett still have great chemistry when on screen together.
As far as sloppy writing goes...at least it's been a while since Kono has arrested someone during a surfboard chase...

I know this show has never bothered with trivial things like reality, but I wonder why they pressed Julie Benz to continue the investigation even when they knew she was sleeping with Chin. 'cause I know if I was ever brought up on any charges or investigations or anything like that, that's the first thing I'd say. "The investigator's sleeping with me", and the whole thing would be compromised.
And the girl playing Danny's daughter is getting worse, if that's somehow possible. Too bad, 'cause it looks like she'll be a real cutie in a few years. I just can't imagine her looks alone will be enough to get acting gigs after Five-O is done.

Did anyone see the April 15th episode? It was AWFUL!
Both storylines had to be some type of prank against the viewers. The elephant and "iron man" suit.
Sadly enough, it wasn't the worst 5-0 episode. That one goes to the stakeout episode.

We watched it tonight. Terrible, and we actually enjoy some of the stupid stuff they do. But this was a waste of time.

Yup. Horrendous. One of the cases they were working on, Jerry was the perpetrator. And it did not end with McGarrett going into his basement office and saying "you're fired", like he should have.

I'm a little behind.
Lou not being in jail is one of the most ridiculous things the show has done in a while.
Out of his jurisdiction
illegal search
kidnapping
destruction of property
assault

I do like that Michelle Krusiec has a recurring role as a baddie. Hope they don't kill her off too soon.

This show is pure comedy. Copters are always available....except for this. I don't know why they don't just let the Gabriel die after everything else. Just push him off the roof when everyone is shooting.

I'm upto the episode where they had the iron man armour
From a distance it looked ok, close up it looked quite sad
still was fun

running around Chinatown with Gabriel. It's only a couple of blocks wide and the actual police station is right there in Chinatown. They actually filmed the interior in a previous episode.
FYI: If you need to use the restroom walking around Chinatown; the police station has a sign outside that says anyone can use their restroom.

And it looks like we have the new big bad for next season. Won't say who, for those of you who aren't up to speed on the last few episodes, I'll just say I'm happy...

Good penultimate and finale episode. The penultimate one with Gabriel was probably the best of the series in terms of action. Even 24 never had an episode with that many shootouts. Impressed me.
I would have preferred the Gabriel episode as the finale and save the McGarrett episode for a future plot line. Oh well.

Although they did resolve all the season's plot lines rather abruptly, and off-screen no less...

Just caught the 2 hour finale last night.
I binged the last 6 episodes and while there were some terrible episodes leading into it (Jerry's sister and the elephant being one of them), season ended good.
Some pretty action packed episodes, especially episode 24 which resolved the Gabriel storyline.
Yeah it looks like Michelle Krusiec (Shioma) is the new season villain next season since she's on the run and apparently has an endless supply of Yakuza hitmen at her disposal.
The Save McGarrett/His Life is hanging in the balance finale was predictable, but I enjoyed. It did look like they ended the season with closure in case they didn't come back. Especially when Kono started to reflect back to when she 1st met McG. Danny landing the plane on the beach was comedy. and then the abrupt cuts to the interrogation and hangar shootout.
Julie Benz (Abby) is a series regular on the new show "Training Day" so I wonder how many episodes she will appear in before they have to write her out. It appeared that she was getting her things together to move in with Chin.

Definitely liked this season better than previous ones. Liked Julie Benz in this and her storyline with Chin. Hopefully we'll still see her in some episodes this upcoming season.

Some good episodes this season but terrible finale
This show has not shown it is willing to kill off main characters so you never got the impression McGarret was in any danger
I actually thought the finale would be about going aftere Michelle Shinomi, she is a cool villian

finally getting caught up. I'm pretty sure that meth dealer's car would have been front wheel drive
and cbs needs to stop being cheap and pay for real songs. The horrible covers they use on Hawaii 5-0 and Good Wife are grating
