Some people are speculating that it's Ned's or Rob's actual armor. I just think it's generic Stark armor, not sure where it came from though. No telling where their armor ended up after Ned and Rob were killed, maybe Walder Frey held onto Rob's.

This is supposedly from a huge battle being filmed for later in the year against the Boltons. There is a Bolton, not sure what you call it, a cross?, on the ground not far from Kit. Looks like it's set up to either flay someone or burn someone.
