I heard Jeff on Dalton Ross' radio show this morning. He made several references to being in the middle of filming right now but they didn't really specify what he was shooting. It sounded like it had to be Survivor though. So are they just doing prep work for the Second Chance season? Or are they filming a different one right now? Maybe they're filming another season now but it will air after Second Chance?

Thanks to everyone for not spoiling by revealing people still in the running this season. Not looking at the website for that reason.

Just to be safe, I'll probably not even check back until finals...too late to vote, obviously. It sure does seem that they didn't think this through too much (or thought people wouldn't care). It would be stupid to have fans voting for someone who ends up ineligible because he/she wins this season.

Joe seems a lock. Deservedly so.

One person I'd like to see back was Ashley from Redemption Island. She had a real shot at winning but got screwed over by her former BFF Natalie, who took Philip to the final instead. As a result, Rob coasted to the win in a 8-1-0 vote (guess who didn't get any votes?). Ashley came within a hair of winning the last challenge which determined who would go to the finals. Really disappointing that Natalie...who didn't have a chance...would throw over her real ally in order to give the win to Rob. I'm assuming she's not on the voting list for next season...she was a fighter.

Pretty sure Jenn falls into the group I posted about earlier. Players they would love to have back, but they flat out told them no.

Not sure why the dramatic change, but if you compare the quality of returning players to those they used to get back, there's been a clear change in that regard. I don't follow the many forums where former players post so I don't know if that has ever been covered.

Yep, I could definitely see that happening. She didn't like being there and wanted out of the game but I think that was mostly because of the group of people she was playing with.

I took her comments as going beyond the group she was with, and more of coming to the realization that she never belonged on the show in the first place. Probably the only "no collar" that really fit the stereotype they were going with.

Yeah they film seasons back to back so their is a season right now that is probably close to day 39 but not sure if they will air that one in the fall or next spring. I know the 2nd chance one people are voting on they fly to film that out like a day or 2 after the finale of the current season airs.

Kinda sucks for the people filming now if they make f3 because if they bump up the air date of 2nd chances they will literally have to wait a year to find out if they won.

The "Second Chances" season will run in The Fall, and the season "in the can" will be held for next Spring.
