I have trouble believing that Nick's mother was so stupid/trusting and didn't even check to see what the situation was before arriving as she did. Even Truble had a lot more sense. It really seems to go against how she's been portrayed in the past.

Re: Grimm (S4E21) -- "Headache" -- 5/8/15

I agree--it was a really strange way to kill her, off-screen like that, since she's a "name" actor. Kind of how they apparently got rid of Alexis Denisof's character. I wonder if there was some contract issue with Mastrontonio. On the other hand it could be a fake-out... I don't like those, but I like the character so I wouldn't mind her still being alive.

I thought they'd have a hard time redeeming Juliette after last season, but they did make her much more likable once her memories came back. But this? I don't see how she could be redeemed from this.

Eh. I think evil Juliette is much more interesting anyways. But I don't like the fact that made Adalind impotent- she was was the perfect foil for Juliette and Nick, now she really has no role except for Nick's baby moma.

Truble is boring as hell and terrible actress to boot. I'm kind of bummed they brought her back so soon.

I'd prefer it she were still alive, but don't know that it's very likely. It's always tough to tell with these sorts of things, the writers might have not left enough time to really give her a script worth coming back to, or it might have been scheduling, or her losing interest in the role, or maybe even the writers thought that this would work.

For most of the audience I'd agree. They could explain it with how powerful the hexenbeist influence was, and that it really wasn't her and all, but while they might be reason enough when looked at honestly (or not?), then I agree that most of the audience wouldn't buy into it. Maybe she'll go away somewhere, with the Royal Family or not, but it seems likeliest to me, given the arc, that she's dying very soon. We shall see.

Sasha Roiz's portral of "Jack" was great... such a departure from what we are use to seeing from him (on Grimm and on Caprica).

... and in that last scene all I could think of was...

I agree, that "impression" of Jack the Ripper was great. I didn't expect it at all during last week's episode.

What's in the box?!

Juliette has done more damage then anyone that came before. I liked her with power just not completely insane.

Re: Grimm (S4E21) -- "Headache" -- 5/8/15

I don't see how they could even redeem Juliette as a character now. She just went too far with helping to have Nick's mother killed. She is in that Anakin killing younglings phase now. With Adalind suppressing her Hexinbeist side she is still the same person so the same would be said for Juliette. Same evil bitch but just powerless.

I recently rewatched the first three seasons and no way would I have expected the way the series has ended up after the first season. Which is a good thing. Really love the show.

I think Julliette has gone way to far, no way they can bring her back.

I hope Adelind gets her powers back, its my understanding that the drink just lets her control her powers better, not completely cure her correct?

Oh and I'm calling it, Nick/Adelind's baby is going to be like the starchild from V.

But do we know that Nick knows of Juliette's role in his mother's beheading? Maybe I missed something.

Well if you saw the trailers for next week

Spoiler:
He says, Kill Julliette, so I'm guessing he found evidence that Julliette set up the trap.

That had to happen but I wish it was Nick that did it.

I can't remember who that was at the end. Was that the Wesen that worked for the FBI? I can't remember what faction she was working with.

That was a surprising amount of closure for a Grimm season finale.

I liked Juliette's power yet not what they did to her.

Nick really needs to move elsewhere now. Too many bad events along with far too many people knowing where he lives.

Also wonder why Trubel felt off, like passive and almost did not care about some things.

Not sure if we missed it but did we find out who called Trubel when she was in the truck with Bud?

I believe it was that female FBI agent who called Truebel. I remember she was trying to recruit her to her vessen cause and I bet something happened with Josh in philadelphia and Truebel now works for whatever Vessen cause that Female FBI agent is involved in. That agent is in for a shock when she realizes that Nick is a Grimm, cause the last time they met Nick had lost his Grimm powers. Just my 2 cents.

If Trubel works for her, how would she not know Nick had his powers back?

Great season, and I'm still amazed this show has survived for four seasons. My favorite show that is currently airing (unless 24 returns!)

Re: Grimm (S4E22) -- Season Finale -- "Cry Havoc" -- 5/15/15

Finally watched this episode. For a show about monsters, it sure did get dark quickly. I doubt Juliette is dead. It looks like Trouble missed the vital organs on purpose. I think the arrows were laced with the knockout powder from the spice shop and the FBI lady will collect Juliette. I can't see them "shipping" Nick and Adalind considering she killed his Aunt who raised him. Bringing Messiner back and setting him up with Adalind seems the way to go.

Why would Trubel tell her? In the episode from the beginning of season four, the FBI agent "vogled" to Nick to see his reaction but since he lost his powers, he didn't react. That's when she decided that Trubel was the Grimm they were looking for.

I rewatched the finale and stick to to my earlier statement: The wessen are in for a surprise when they think they're going to take trubel and find two not one Grimm.
