Season 3 was just put up on Netflix, if anyone wants to post a list of "the individual episodes worth watching" from that season.

The review I read said that the premiere was a huge leap back in the right direction, after the missteps last year.

Third season was pretty obnoxious. The Jess/Nick story relationship was just not good. Saw a preview review by EW saying the gang gets back to their goofy shenanigans.
They need to bring back the hot neighbors.

A few laughs, will tune in again next week. I think the addition of coach has kinda backfired though.
But it almost seems like a do over as they figure out the new cast dynamics

Agreed. Not enough pie for FOUR guys instead of three. It was much improved from last season (I bailed about halfway through), but not as solid as the first two seasons.

They need to realize that Schmidt made season 2 and go back to him... kinda felt like that in this episode. So, here is for high hopes for a good season.

it's funny i started S3 last night and only smirked a couple times through 3 eps. i think the negativity jaded my thoughts as well, but the first few eps i must have slept through or not payed attention (on first airing) just weren't that good.
look forward to watching this ep later...

Season 3 was just a mess. Essentially it was Jess/Nick yelling at each other for 25 minutes, then finding out they want to stay together for the last 5 minutes. Rinse/Repeat entire year pretty fucking much.

I thought it was pretty funny.
Jessica Biel's face looks kind of weird. Almost like she had some work done or something.
I like that Schmidt is such a freak that knitting makes him "angry and scared all at the same time"... just like when he hears the phrase "Academy Award Winner Anna Paquin".
He calls everyone into the room and asks "Are we a man down? I feel like there's one more of us"... almost felt like a wink to the audience that Winston seems to be left out of stuff (which he basically was this episode again).
