More famously, she was a regular on Veronica Mars. I don't see it as androgynous, I find it difficult to imagine a man with that hairstyle, even in San Francisco. It's just hideous.

I enjoyed episode 3 as it had a little more meat to it with Martin assuming the arms dealer legend and then meeting "The Colonel" Looks like the plot with the VX gas continues next week since it didn't get resolved in this episode.
I liked seeing Necar Zadegan from 24 in this. Not surprised since this is a Howard Gordon production. I wonder if more 24 alumnus will appear in future weeks. Željko Ivanek, another 24 alumnus, was in the Pilot episode.
In the brief scene with this wife & son, I guess they are trying to show that Martin is struggling with all these "Legends" he's maintaining and it's affecting his actual real memories. That could be an interesting plot device. We'll see how that holds up.

This was better than episode 2. Nice tension throughout the whole thing. I'm a little surprised that the VX gas plot will continue as I thought it would resolve itself in this episode.
Only nitpick--that plotline with Agent Rice is kinda annoying and a waste of time. Maybe he discovers who the Billy Brown character's background and history, but as of right now his plotline is predictable and boring.
