Found this week's review thanks to PhantomStranger's previous post. Here we go. Not as hilarious as last week's, but still some good laughs.

It was a tall ask to equal the supreme idiocy of last week's episode. Don't get me wrong, this week was bad, really bad (the review linked above summarizes the stupidity better than I could) but last week reached a whole new level even for this show.

I think it's pretty clear at this point the writers on this show have thrown in the towel and are trying to be fired. As someone said: "Who killed Angie? Her agent, in order to salvage her career."

There ain't enough room under this dome for two gargantuan foreheads, you BITCH!

I'm not kidding...look no further than my freakishly large and monstrous forehead.

What I particularly liked about this episode was how it was sunny outside yet there was still blood rain on the store windows.

Did they ever explain why the blood rain burned your skin? Another mystery we'll never get solved. I will pin it on the mysterious cave of light from Lost.

Backing up a bit, this is the review for the Season 2 premiere, and it's also hilarious.

IIRC, the crazy science teacher said it was from things like PESTICIDES and FIRES (she says this with a straight face).

Which is why spraying a few gallons of anti-fire-and-pesticide juice into a puddle immediately stopped the acid rain.

Never heard of sun showers? We get them all the time in Florida.

I suddenly have the urge to buy a Windows Surface tablet. I'm not sure why.

The teenagers seemed totally unconcerned with making outside contact via the spotty Wi-Fi service, despite being locked inside a dome for two weeks. You know they were itching to update their Facebook pages and Twitter accounts.
Who says it's time travel?

This could be Resurrection! Or cloning!

So when the teacher escaped from the crazy guy, the other chick was like "Why did you do that?! He was going to give in!" or something stupid. WTF!? He had a gun to her head!!!

The latest TV Guide's Cheers & Jeers section states that 90% of fans cheer the "overwhelming season premiere."

I was waiting for that one I get both it and EW. What one doesn't usually have, the other usually makes up for. I get it for the articles, rather than the guide part.

EW has fallen off lately. The issue that arrived today was a good one, tho. It covered the upcoming Comic-Con.

Kind of. Subscription rates are something like 29c an issue. Still no reason for it. Then again I'm basically like that with most magazines, they are all insanely overprised unless there is some cheap subscription rate.

Re: Stephen King's Under the Dome - Season 2 Discussion - CBS

We are on the threshold of greatness, folks. Under The Dome is quickly becoming must-see television as the best comedy since the halcyon days of Seinfeld.

A story layered in such intricate metaphors that only a truly insane mind could comprehend them. I'm fairly sure the pink stars are referenced in the book of Revelation. No? At least they got the four Horsemen in.

I can't decide if my favorite character is the jazzy radio host turned cop or Julia, the town bicycle. Apparently she blows very hot or cold with men. Just yesterday she had declared her undying love for Barbie. I think Joe has a shot with her if he can somehow escape his possessive girlfriend of one week.

Why is Joe now delivering every one of his lines like Shaggy from Scooby Doo?

The high school teacher's knowledge of recombinant viruses was very fortunate for the Dome. I wonder what other kind of skills she's picked up teaching 9th grade biology?

In Dome We Trust.

Are we still talking about TV Guide? And does your wife really buy that?

Yes, I'm still talking about TV Guide, not Playboy. No wifey. I'm a woman.

Anyone notice how Norrie does nothing now but make snarky comments?

I was very disappointed Dwight didn't sing again this week...seems like a waste of a guest star.

I did enjoy Big Jim (almost) calling Julia a slut.

I loved how Dome Girl's locker had the same lock that it did 26 years ago.

Here's the latest review!

I dropped this show before then end of season 1, but all these comments may make me start watching again just so I can join in on the snark.
