Jesse needed to bust out one last "Yeah bitch!" while killing Todd or driving away. Otherwise it was perfect.

Fantastic finale for one of the best, if not the best TV show I've ever seen.

Loved the last goodbye look between Walt and Jesse. No words needed, just a barely perceptible nod and they both understood each other perfectly.

At first thought a Jesse spin-off sounded great... then, not so much. BB is the greatest show in the history of TV, IMO... it doesn't need a spin-off.

10.3 million viewers with 6.7 in the demos. Fantastic way to finish off one of the best series I've ever seen.

Nice! It's safe to say this show will live on like The Wire and keep increasing in popularity.

He walked to the bar, didn't he?

It's not obvious. I'd think the last place Walt would want to be is anywhere near that bar or town now that the cops were onto his location.

Walt saving Jessie=Darth Vader saving Luke. One last act of redemption.

Walt got into the car and then the police showed up looking for him. He hid in the car until they passed by.

I didn't see this posted. WTF was that air matress thing one of the Nazis was lying on? He had some sort of remote, but it didn't look like any remote I've ever seen. Was so odd and out of place in that clubhouse scene.

Speaking of ratings, there's also this: http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/thr...nloaded-639137

Last night's episode was illegally downloaded more than 500,000 times in a 12-hour period (largest share coming from Australia).

That's what I assumed as well. I guess they weren't onto his hideout at that point and he drove up that snowy road. Too bad there were no more Robert Forster scenes.

Looked like a fancy massage chair to me.

LOVED how Walt finally admitted he was thinking for himself all along and that it came down to him feeling alive - as opposed to how unhappy he was wasting his potential as a high school teacher.
Yes, that, exactly that.

Great show, great final!

Yeah, it was a massage chair. Aaron Paul provided this as a "hint" when teasing the finale (Gilligan hinted at "woodworking"). Both ended up being pretty insignificant, all things considered.

Re: Breaking Bad --> Series Finale --> "Felina" --> 9/29/13

I didn't read the whole thread, but it seems like a lot of people knocked this for being too predictable. IMO, the ending didn't need to be a big surprise, but it did need to be satisfying, and it needed to have depth. This had both. I loved it.

Yep, I'm just happy Walt didn't get killed by the Nazis, the Cops, or was arrested. Some nihilists would have been good.
