Re: Elementary -- "Tremors" -- 12/05/13
I don't normally like gimmicks, but backtracking through the case during testimony certainly fit the episode.
So Bell can't personally forgive Holmes for getting shot, but he still apparently told the commissioner to retain him as consultant.

So has the Detective Bell character been officially written off the show now?
Oh, and what's with Lucy Liu in that pic? Someone give her a sammich!

I think he's the token minority replacement for Detective Bell, since that character appears to be getting written off the show.
That picture is almost certainly photoshopped or an older pic. Age has started catching up with Liu this season.

Loving the Irene character!
And hating Lucy. The Irene actress brought so much more depth, she has loads more presence than Lucy, even though she has only been in a handful of episodes.

I couldnt figure out who the actress playing the dancer was while watching this. I had to look her up and find out she also playing Jimmy Darmody's wife in Boardwalk Empire

I guess an ongoing storyline will be the search for Watson's father. If they aren't going to pair Sherlock up with Watson, they need to introduce a recurring love interest for Sherlock that isn't Moriarty.

I still like the general relationships and chemistry on this show, but the weekly cases are becoming standard procedural of the week bad. They were really trying to come up with unique and plausible cases in the first season. That is gone and we now get dumb cases with way too many coincidences.
