down 23% from the premiere of new defunct Last Resort in the Thursday 8 PM hour last fall and just above the opener of fellow casualty My Generation in fall 2010 (1.6).

I think it was a planned 1 and done so no big deal.

Fox has unofficially cancelled another midseason show. Us and Them starring Jason Ritter and Alexis Bledel. Six episodes were shot and will eventually air, but that's it. Production was shut down.

With that, it doesn't look like it's worth watching the Once spinoff, is it?

And damn...Alexis Bledel was coming back to TV and it's already shot down? That sucks.

I don't see why not, I believe all 13 episodes of Once Upon a Time... have been shot and from my understanding, it's supposed to be self-contained a la American Horror Story.

Once Upon a Time in Wonderland is still in production, but it's supposed to be a 1 season self contained arc as I already said in that thread. Unless you absolutely have zero time to watch, I don't see any reason why you should pass on it if you're a fan of the original.

Interesting...did dig a bit further and sad Paul Reubans (Pee-Wee Herman) got replaced by John Lithgow as the White Cat. I like John, but hearing Paul would have been nice. And it'll have more than 13 but less than 22 episodes with more of a 24 type story than American Horror Story, same characters will be there next year, just a different story. Wonder how it will hold up as it did get a lot of advertisement and the ratings don't seem that great.

So it won't last long enough to find out what happened on that fishing trip.

It got terrible ratings. I think ABC is committed to airing the entire season but don't expect to see it go on beyond the initial order. I expect one or two characters eventually show up on the mother show, most likely Alice.

I thought Alice was completely unlikable... terrible casting. I'd be pretty bummed if they ever integrated her in to the original Once... even if just a guest appearance. Bleh.

Ratings for Wednesday, October 16th:

Strong numbers for the Toy Story special but big drop-off at 8:30 before way back up for Modern Family. Understandable, but kind of funny. Where did people go for that half-hour?

That's a bummer since I like "Back in the Game".

It's sad when a quality show like Arrow is getting beat out by Revolution. I realize being on the CW is a huge impediment to future ratings growth but it should do better than those numbers.

You can't really compare NBC and CW ratings. CW is a much smaller network and doesn't have the same kind of audience like the big 3. Those numbers are actually considered good for the CW.

I have a couple episodes of Welcome To The Family on my DVR I can delete.

I can't believe 2 1/2 Men is doing those numbers. My wife never liked the show and last night she was watching it. WTF?

Well, it helps that the night starts with BBT and 17.2 million viewers.

What is sad that any CBS sitcom gets bigger ratings than Parks & Recreation and 30 Rock when it was on the air.

I will agree with you but I enjoy BBT every bit as much as P&R. 2 Broke Girls and 2 1/2 Men are terrible and HIMYM has lost most of its charm. Jury is still out on the new ones.

Ouch! Once is the lowest watched show in the 18-49 demo. That can't be good.

Glad to hear about Community. Wish it was here quicker.

Has NBC gone through all their new shows yet? They cancel One or Two shows every week it seems.
